Highest quality furniture and best selection in the Valley but you pay extra for it. I keep going back because I like what they sell, but every time I go, I have found the sales staff snooty and condescending and get reminded why I shouldn't return.

I highly recommend Fly by Night. It was well worth my one-hour drive to shop there. The merchandise is beautiful and the prices seem fair, but more importantly the staff is great. They were helpful, seemed very honest and I never felt that I was being sold to. I ended up having an issue with the piece that I bought (through no fault of theirs) and the manager did everything possible to make things right. If I need additional furniture, I would definitely shop there first!

I have never come across a furniture store with such wonderful customer service. From start to finish (from shopping to delivery), everyone was kind, easy-going, professional and honest. The selection of furniture is great and the delivery was sooner than expected. I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Will definitely be going back!!

What a great experience! The sales staff was supportive while I shopped, but there was no lurking and following me. The selection was extensive and the quality was excellent. The delivery was on time and efficient. I love my new furniture and I'll definitely be back when I need more!

Enthusiastic, but not pushy, support in choosing high quality (mostly made in the US) furniture! We went for living room furniture ideas but then had a specialist come out and look at our house to plan out what we need. So far, we have bought amazing furniture for our living room, dining room, kitchen, family room and primary bedroom. We love how cohesive and comfortable and beautiful everything is in our home! Everyone who works there has been supportive!

My experience with Fly By Night was excellent! Everyone of the people working there are helpful and fun, and I found the perfect futon for my new guest room/den.Even the delivery people were incredibly good, and showed me how to use the futon easily and change. Futon covers easily.I highly recommend you visit the good people at Fly By Night.
