Responded quickly but initially I was told a cheaper price than what I was charged which was stressful and I wouldn’t have agreed to it if they told me was what I was actually charged

Ernie's towing is the real deal. I was stuck on the road in a dangerous spot and Dakota from Ernie's stopped by and towed me to a local dealership. Truly a class act, and genuine kindness. Will never be forgotten- thanks Dakota and all of the Ernie's team.

These people are a joke and aren't even deserving of the no less than 1 star this Google review requires. They towed my car from my place of employment when I was legally parked. Then they proceeded to charge me $250 to get my car out, even though the parking permit was present in the vehicle.
The woman behind the glass was absolutely disgraceful. She took my license scanned it and then sat for 15 minutes literally doing absolutely nothing. Shortly after some guy shows up badgering me telling me that I didn't have any rights to my vehicle.
State police were called in to assist. It wasn't until the police arrived that my vehicle was released to me.
Stay as far away from these people as possible. There are many many many other tow companies that offer excellent customer service and verbal skills to which these people lack.

$450 for only 35 minutes of their time for them to winch out a Kia soul 2023 from a small ditch was not worth it. What is this price???

My son had an issue with his vehicle and Ernie's Towing guy (wish I could remember his name) was prompt (very quick in estimation for a AAA call), respectful, knowledgeable, and very helpful when picking up the vehicle and towing it home for us. One of the all time best experiences I have ever had with towing, and I have experienced quite a few! Thank you for providing great service!

Trickery company terrible terrible should be reported to bbb they held my vehicle hostage with the drivers and won't give me a price then jack up the price for un heard of fees they are greedy people for money don't use this horrible company

Ernies arrived ahead of schedule, the driver Dakota was quick, did great, and was ridiculously nice. He refused to accept a tip. Hopefully I don't get locked out again, but if I do I'll be calling them.

My car broke down three times in nine days, and Ernie’s Towing answered the call every time. The first time was after AAA failed to arrive in a timely manner twice, and Ernie’s arrived within 60 seconds. The third time I needed an emergency night tow from Belchertown MA to Bristol RI, and they made it happen. They’re able, willing, friendly, and know the area(s) they work in.

We were driving from New Hampshire to Philadelphia to see our son at Villanova. Our car was driving poorly, shaking and wobbling, so I pulled off Interstate 91 in Holyoke, MA. As soon as I did, the tire felt like it went flat but it actually snapped. We thought the axle or joints were busted but without being able to see underneath it's hard to tell. We had *just* had it inspected and the alignment corrected in NH the week prior to this because we registered the vehicle there as new residents, so we were surprised something this bad would happen so soon afterward. Our roadside assistance had dispatched another company that no-showed on us after 2 hours of waiting. Eventually a cop came behind us and asked about our issue and then said he would get us a tow in 10 minutes. Ernie's Towing was our knight in shining armor. He showed up in 10-15 minutes and took us to Firestone, where they learned it was just a couple of sheered-off studs. The driver was friendly and we appreciate his help! On to better car days!

Not 24 hours , dispatching vehicles from who knows where , drivers are at home sleep when arriving to tow yard at 2am
