My mother took her RAV4 here about 6 months ago for a front end alignment. Well she just brought it to another business in Goshen because Duffy tire was concerned with her tire wear. So when she went to the shop in Goshen and had a alignment done about 8 hours ago from this post...get ready.... They had to use a torch to get the nuts to get the to move. If they were done when Duffy front end supposedly did them and never seized them that should not have been necessary . So what did he do? Nothing. Not the first time I've heard of Harry swindling someone. Duffy tire is a honest and trust worthy business. The front end shop not so much in my opinion. I don't like to leave negative reviews but this a vehicle and people's safety. Seek your automotive work elsewhere.

I requested front brake repair, and Harry Duffy's service on my brakes was above and beyond. He checked both front and rear brakes, cleaned and lubed the rear brakes, and replaced the front brakes, pads, caliper, rotors turned, flush and refill for $300 less than the cheapest place around. Excellent service!!! A+++!!! I highly recommend Duffy front end service.Service: Brakes

I never thought I'd be writing a review for a mechanic. Mainly because I always thought that - as a woman - finding a good, honest mechanic in the area was just a pipe dream. I had a very loud unsettling squeak coming from my car and was recommended Duffy's by my coworker. Upon inspection, Harry at Duffy's told me that my grinding, soft brakes were far more important and that he would rather focus on those instead. He prioritized my car needs to save me the most time and money - he was not interested in upselling me or trying to use my naivety about cars against me. He drove me into town when I dropped off my car and had it done before I even got out of work. Called me before working on it with a price estimate that was very fair. A true diamond in the rough, Duffy's has earned my loyalty for life!

These guys have been at it for well over 35 years, and really know their stuff. They are honest too, and that combo wins. Among several jobs over the years, about 15 years ago they put lifetime Monroe shocks (or struts or whatever they're called) on my '96 Outback, and, while most shocks need replacement in a 2-4 years, those Monroes actually did last the lifetime—about 150,000 miles and 15 years. I just had them redo my whole suspension and put in lifetime Monroe shock on my newly bought, low mileage 1995 Subaru Legacy LS, and it literally drives like brand new—in fact smoother than a 2012 Outback I test drove.

I drive 45min to bring my vehicles to Duffy's for any job I'm not capable of doing, with the exception of oil changes as it is cheaper for Duffy's to do them than myself. Owner is a long time family friend. He's up front and honest with every repair, will show you the problems he finds and tell you every possible solution. He's had no problem letting me know what repairs I am capable of doing myself for less rather than charging me unnecessarily. Don't let the exterior of the business turn you off, this shop is a rare gem in terms of service provided. I also take my vehicles down the road to the tire shop owned by the same family and find the service outstanding there as well.

I went to them because I'd been given a $600 estimate for work on my car from the dealer where I bought it. The good folk at Duffy's checked, found that all the work that the dealer had said was needed wasn't, and the total cost was about $250. While they worked on the car, I sat in a cafe downtown and got work done, and walked back -- a pleasant walk -- when they called and said it was ready. I could not be more satisfied.
