Michelle was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and creative helping me over several appointments to pick items for our 3 bathrooms and kitchen. She listened carefully and easily picked up on our style preferences and price bracket. Once, she even got us a great bathtub delivered within a couple days! I’d certainly use Degrees of Comfort again (but I sure hope I won’t have to!).

Michelle was incredibly helpful with my bathroom renovation project. I was looking for Unlaquered Brass faucets that are on the MA approved list of plumbing fixtures. She found what I was looking for and persevered even beyond our scheduled appointment. She was super savvy in dealing with her suppliers and I thoroughly appreciated all the work she put into finding ULB fixtures for me.

I ordered something two months ago, the order was only marked as "placed" last week, meaning that it took eight weeks for the order to be officially confirmed. I've tried calling and contacting all listed numbers and emails for this business to try to get a sense for when my order may arrive, there has been no response to my emails, and I was only able to get ahold of a customer service rep after 5 separate calls. The customer service rep was very nice and played some great 90's r&B while I was on hold, but I was on hold for almost 2 hours and she wasn't able to find any info about my order. There does not appear to be an option to cancel and refund my order. I have also been tracking the order on the Shop app, no updates. Moral of the story: Shop local! Support Black-owned small businesses, shop from somewhere that isn't this business. @degreesofcomfort: if anyone reads this -- I'm moving in two months, would love to receive my item before then (four months after ordering it)! Cheers.

This company has no accountability. After spending $5k, the faucets we ordered were missing parts, the box was open when they handed it to us, and they are refusing to add the missing pieces.

Friendly staff and a larger showriim than most places I have been visiting. A wde range of brands and prices from affordable to wow There are even a few water heaters and bathroom fans to look at.

This is a great place. Staff helped me save $300 by telling me malfunctioning Kohler faucet was covered by warantee.

Great place to go for all your plumbing needs, I purchased a sink and faucet. They had a great selection and my sales associate Tia Teschke showed me exactly what I was looking for, she made the process quick and easy. I will defiantly be going back for my bathroom fixtures soon.
