I've been a customer of CVS for years. I have been a customer at the King Street location for the last three almost four years. I have never had any issues with anybody there every! I recently had an issue and when I came in, I was immediately looked at differently. I distinctly remember the manager, Tracy, literally looking at me up and down and she stopped and waited while I waited in line. I knew she was judging me based on what I was wearing. Besides the fact that she wasn't helpful at all nor did she try to be, her and another one of her coworkers (either Annette or Gina) were so rude and downright mean. I've never experienced ANYTHING like what I did with them. I did come back and speak to their supervisor, Bob, who was very helpful and apologized for their behavior but he didn't seem too surprised. Thank you to Bob for saving my Father's Day gift! No thank you to ever returning to that location and will be switching my pharmacy as this is the one I use. I'm not a "Karen" but this deserves to known. Don't work in customer service, Tracy, if you don't want to actually help people when there are issues. Worst experience of my life in a store hands down.

I've been going to the CVS Pharmacy for years. I've never had any issue with the store personnel, the products, the pharmacy, the pharmacist or the people behind the counter. Happy to have them.

I’m very upset that someone was smoking in the bathroom prior to me going in there and using the bathroom. Disgusting and gross ashes and cigarette were left on the bathroom floor.

My mother and I visited the CVS on King Street in Northampton this afternoon. I was very pleased with the selection of grocery items both pantry and refrigeratorated. The staff were very pleasant and friendly.I like that there is the option to check out with a cashier or to use self check out.The parking lot and building is handicap accessible, too.

Waited 30 minutes to have my passport photos taken care of because the clerk had no help and had to fix the printer and attend to the cashier. I saw the manager help once but then disappeared. If they are going to offer a no reservation passport photo service, they should consider justing bringing in a photo booth so their single clerk doesn't have to do everything.

I was told this CVS and “no cvs in 50 miles” has Ativan in stock. If you take this med daily, you can not suddenly stop. They were not concerned. Called Walgreens and got it that day. Switching over to there.They just needed to inform me directly that they were out, not wait until I was out of my med and in store. I called them days prior. If it's low stock, let patients know so they don't go into withdrawal.
