Hyper aggressive manager, I was in line and heard this pink shirted guy yelling at a customer, with a lot of under tone rudeness. I definitely will not be stoping by this location again.

My friend and I went to this store last night around 9:30. My friend has managed A1 pizza in Florence for 30yrs and wanted to buy cigarettes but forgot his license. I just had a birthday and mine had expired but had a new temporary ID. The two young people working would not take my ID and we had many friends in the parking lot all over 50yrs old including ourselves. Others tried to buy the cigarettes for my friend and had a proper license but they would not sell them to any of us. I had to drive my friend home to get his ID and when we returned the workers still refused to sell him cigarettes even though he had his ID. Birds store closes on Sunday at 5pm and my friend waa busy at work until 9pm. Sad how a local business worker in his 50s who has worked in Florence for 30yrs was not allowed to purchase cigarettes with his license because he had asked another person over 50 to buy them. The young man working was yelling & acting like a tough guy and the big girl was rude and laughing at us all. None of us will ever go there again!! Its the only store around which scans ID for cigarette purchases and many people get turned down despite their age or reputation if a business owner/worker. The kids are half our age and were very rude and disrespectful. Never again will I go there! Interesting how they sold him scratch tickets without checking his ID though!!!

This guy with poor hygiene works the night shift and always leaves consumers waiting while he gets himself a drink and goes into the bathroom. He does not pay any attention to the consumers as he feels his time is more important.

Open 24 hours, yet this is the 3rd time I've come here in the early morning. Just for there to be a car here, lights on. Doors locked... I waited about 10 minutes and other cars have pulled up and left.

Clean and spacious Cumberland branch. Spacing between pumps are ample. Bathroom is clean and smells good! Staffs are courteous too!

This place should just close down the hours are never right then never stock anything and the people that work there suck and they never have change or it’s cash only because their computers don’t work.. just get out of our town they draw to many homeless people too

I was amazed by the variety and quality of items here! Sooo many snacks and pizza and "milkshake machine." Wow! Great pit stop especially if you're on a roadtrip or picking up treats before a movie or show! Love it!
