Friendly, clean. Hygienist was outstanding, she (Greysh) explained everything to my child prior to completing the procedure. I would recommend Northampton Dental Specialists to anyone who wants a good dental experience!

Northampton Dental Specialists are wonderful and I highly recommend them! All the dentists I have seen have been compassionate and cared about my needs, and when I've had a dental emergency the group has always come through. Everyone - from the reception desk to the hygenists to the doctors - is friendly, informative and helpful. Five stars!!!

After chipping two teeth, I called and got an appointment in a few days to see a dentist that I hadn't seen before. He explained how this could happen and what the options were, offering to do the fillings now or wait if I preferred. I decided to go ahead and he made the fillings on the spot. I left about an hour later and my teeth and mouth felt great. True professionals!

Greysh was my dental hygienist today and did an excellent job. She is thorough, knowledgeable, considerate and extremely pleasant. I have been coming to this office since 1987 and look forward to getting acquainted with new management and some new dentists now that Dr Clayton retired.

Omg this was one of the best dentist I ever been to. Staff are all so nice. Kris was gentle and explained everything to keep me calm. Dr was nice also and explained everything step by step. Hope was awesome she did make me feel comfortable and also explained everything to me about my payments. I will definitely go back and refer everyone I know to this Northampton Dental. Thank you guys for having an amazing staff. ?

My cleaning with Amber today was fantastic! I am a bit of a dental phobic and she put me right at ease! She explained what she was doing with just the right amount of detail. Not too much and not too little. I have a sensitive tooth and she approached it with care and caution, as to keep me comfortable. My teeth feel so clean and my gums healthy. Thank you Amber!

In my visit to the hygienist today, as in all previous visits for all kinds of dental care, I have been very pleased with NDSG. The quality of the dental work I have received is excellent. The staff, the hygienists, and the dentists I have seen (primarily Dr. Clayton, who has just retired) have all been courteous and considerate of my comfort. Although I will obviously have to find a different dentist due to Dr. Clayton’s retirement, I certainly intend to stay with this practice.

Today’s cleaning is 5 stars. Better than my previous visit, as described here: My hygienist did not introduce herself when she called me in. I had to ask her for her name. And she spoke too softly through two masks for me to understand everything she was saying. So I asked her to speak up. Everything else was excellent.

I enjoyed my periodontal exam and thorough dental cleaning by new to me hygienist, Greysh! She asked me before starting, if I was OK with using the ultrasonic cleaner. There was just the right amount of conversation in getting to know her. And yet, plenty of time to not rush through the cleaning. I can’t wait to return in 6 months!

The kindest staff, Dr. Edwards is thorough and always friendly. They always put in the effort to make sure the clients are comfortable and work with them when it comes to financial needs and scheduling.

Very friendly staff. I had an issue with my shoulder and told the hygienist. She gave me plenty of breaks and asked how I was doing. Plus she did a great job cleaning my teeth!

We moved to Northampton a year ago and began going to Northampton Dental Specialties as soon as we could get in. After several visits, I can say that they are the best dental care practice I’ve ever been to. Office staff are friendly, well organized, work well with each other. My hygienist has been a great listener, communicator, and done a gentle, but thorough, job of cleaning and removing difficult stains on my teeth. The two dentists I have seen (Lutaaya and Edwards) have been excellent, thorough, and great communicators. I highly recommend this practice.
