Citizens has been a five star overall rated Bank for the12 years I've banked with them.This STOP & Shop location is closer to where i live, so for past few months I've used this branch....they were not as knowledgeable or as friendly as other local branches.Thanks Citizens!

This bank is a joke what they insisted was a 'federal law' another bank said it wasn't. These people have NO IDEA what their doing at this branch what a joke. Never going to come back.
