The staff here are just so friendly. Nothing is ever too much, always want to help. I bought my car here too and have always had the most positive interactions with everyone there from sales, to payment, to servicing and the boss is great!

I moved to the area and was looking for a new Chevy dealership to perform service and parts ordering for two personal vehicles. How glad I was to find Burke. I’ve been their customer for 1 year now; over that time, I’ve had multiple services completed on both vehicles, and several parts orders/installs have been completed. The service department has been one of the best I have ever done business with. I work with JJ most often; he is spectacular. I can’t recommend Burke Chevy Service enough, and the same goes for their parts department. I haven’t dealt with their sales department yet, but if/when I go to buy another Chevrolet, it will be from Burke, no question. It’s a small family business, and they have their priorities straight: 100% customer-focused is all I’ve ever experienced with them.

Ryan IS FANTASTIC. Our commercial fleet keeps us very busy and when we need a pick up or Van he and Mr Burke get it done efficiently in record time. The finance department who processes the paperwork is fantastic as well!

DO NOT BUY VEHICLES FROM BURKE. I was asked to give more information on my experience…look at the scratches on my 70k truck. Salesman brushed me off, he sucks. Rushed me out the door, told me it would be taken care of. I bought this truck in October and it’s almost August, no resolution and NOT EVEN A RESPONSE. They do not care about customer experience or even the customer. My experience is they are nothing but scam artists and liars. The proof is in my purchase.

I reached out on the website after a poor experience at another dealership, as Burke had the exact truck that I wanted (with some additional features). My main concern was getting a fair trade in value for my vehicle, as I knew that there were no incentives on the truck I was interested in. Hector reached out, and was able to tell me via email before even seeing the vehicle what he thought the trade might be worth given the information I provided. I made an appointment with the dealer even though they were an hour away. The experience when we walked in was night and day from the competitor. We were brought to the waiting area as Hector was busy with another customer, and one of the other salesman ( who wouldn't even get credit for a sale) put on cartoons for my young daughter and offered us refreshments and snacks. Once we got to talk with Hector, I was told that there were other people interested in the truck, but because he knew we had travelled from far, and we had an appointment, he held the truck for us until we were able to look at it. This was a big deal to us, because at the previous dealership, they sold the vehicle I had an appointment to look at the same day of my appointment and did not even bother to let me know before I arrived. This was also after I had declined to put down a deposit on the truck. I drove the truck, and instantly loved it. What's even better, is that I received what I believed to be fair trade in value for my truck, from the owner himself, who was working on a Saturday. I was told from the other dealer there was no room on either the price of the vehicle, or my trade, but here I didn't even have to haggle and it felt low pressure. They even gave my daughter a little Carfax fox that she loves. On top of that, they delivered my new truck to my work, and picked up my trade so I didn't have to worry about making another hour trip. Long story short, this was a great experience from start to finish, and my wife and I both love this new truck. Thank you Hector and Burke Chevrolet for making this happen for us.

I am completely satisfied with my experience in entering into a lease for a 2024 Blazer RS EV at Burke Chevrolet. I had a lot of questions regarding the 2024 Chevy EVs. My sales representative, Ryan Brewer, had the answers. He was amazing in helping me understand how each of the Blazer RS's many sophisticated features function. And he most ably applied (1) my GM credit card points, (2) my Costco $1,000 benefit and (3) My Chevrolet membership points so my net cost was minimized. I was given a very fair price for the 2019 Chevrolet Volt that I traded in and the terms of my lease for the 2024 Blazer were better than I expected.

We bought our Chevy Volt here a couple years ago. They were fair negotiators, no sleazy sales tactics. We regularly go there for service and the service team is responsive, honest and just terrific to work with. I highly recommend this dealership!
