Best service under the circumstances. They no longer interact with Mapfre Insurance, probably because of my case, indirectly, maybe? That said, when I picked up my car, it was like brand new. We're talking 2016 Subaru here. Drives like a dream, spotless inside and out. Fantastic customer service as well! Would use them again with a different Insurance company.

The staff here is awesome-friendliest, supportive, and most sympathetic! I visited Acme in panic mode after my accident and everytime I walked out I felt better.I had an unfortunate accident with my car, but I was fortunate enough to take it to Acme. The owner promised me that it would look better than before, and it did!! I truly appreciate their service and expertise.

I was so satisfied with the results and professional treatment during my experience at acme that I recommended them to my wife, she was dreading going to a body shop but was soon impressed with the professional treatment she received and the body repairs were undetectable. The vehicle came back cleaner than it went in.

The service was very friendly and the main tech or head guy, Matt, was very informative and helpful even in replacing my after market rims with no problem - which my hopes were low in the beginning. The new parts look like new and they detailed the car when finished. The timing seemed to be what it was (similar to appraisal estimate), and an industry standard, so overall I was very pleased with the outcome. I will end this by saying I had an accident where I was found not at fault so I had no out-of-pocket costs, and was in no rush.

I went to Acme because I thought they were the best-big mistake. If you have scratches, dings and small repairs needed for your autobody, go somewhere else. I went in about 4 weeks ago for an estimate and I've heard nothing back. They'll never get back to you. They look good at first glance, but they have poor follow up and bad customer service.Best of luck!2 weeks after writing my initial review, I finally received a response here and now they are saying that they don't have record of me. That's funny. Ask Julie Carpenter, the receptionist, she took my appointment! Unbelievable lack of service or kindness. I highly recommend you find another option.Service: Body & Trim

Went in to get scratches on my door covered up. Before they even ask what the problem is, they said go somewhere else. I understand you don't want to work on Teslas but, you never even tried to understand what the problem was. When I asked if they know a place that could help me they said, "Far away from here."

Our car had ten years and two hundred thousand miles of kids, dogs, road trips, beekeeping, and life. ACME got it shiny, clean, fixed the various dings, nicks, cracks, and scratches, and detailed it beautifully, and their price estimate was spot on. They even got it done ahead of schedule. This is not the first time we've had this kind of experience with them, and definitely won't be the last.
