“I rented a unit online, and the process was quick and easy. The only small hiccup came when I opened the sealed unit; there was a mattress inside. The gentleman in the office was super helpful and removed the mattress right away so I could start using my unit. He also pointed me to an entrance that was much closer to my unit, making bringing stuff in much easier.”

“A good place BUT the light in our unit has never worked consistently and now it has been completely dead for a year and a half. That means we rely on the hall lights---which go off after a few minutes when the motion detector detects no motion. So you have to go out of your unit (we have the largest) and into the hall and walk up and down and wave your arms. Meanwhile, the rent rate has gone up. We are told they will call in a repair person but we have to empty the middle of our unit. This isn't a great time for us to do that and will take some muscle. I just think the rent should not be hiked when there is a pretty major service issue.”

Mr. McCarthy visited us to provide an estimate for services we requested. (as opposed to the companies who wanted us to fill out an online form of what we had to move). Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. While the moving crew worked quickly, care was taken to avoid marring any walls or items being moved. There was a general atmosphere of good cheer that one felt from the crew.
There were no surprise charges; everything was upfront and exactly as discussed.
