WORST SERVICE. Highly DISAPPOINTED. Half of the staff do not know English. When I ask them something - they say ‘No English’. The one who can speak English says ‘I don’t know where the item is’ with a plain face. They do not even put an effort to call someone else to help the customer. They just DO NOT CARE. I live in reading and this is the third time I have experienced this and finally had to write this review. I am never going back to this location again. HORRIBLE. WALMART SHOULD FOCUS ON QUALITY STAFF AND TRAIN THEM IF THEY WANT TO RETAIN CUSTOMERS.

This Walmart was set up much different from the 10's of 100s that I have been in across the United States. Being a truck driver you will visit multiple and I mean multiple Walmarts.
This one was cool because we were looking for uniforms pants and soon as we walk through the door there was the clothing section.
It was different we didn't have to walk around the entire store trying to find everything because everything was right there, all the groceries and right there soon as you walk in it was great!

Go to return a controller and I am told numbers are different and I have to go through MS. Seems odd but ok I give them a call and they advise nothing they can do and Walmart should handle the return. Went to the Tewksbury Walmart and they returned it no problem. Why the run around if it could have been returned from the get go?

Good for apparels and household items or even groceries. They don’t have fresh produce but all other items are well organized and always easy to find.

People complain about self checkouts but I had zero issues today.

Definitely not the best walmart out there. This walmart typically doesn't have the newest releases, has long lines, and the self checkout people harass you to check your receipt, which unlike Costco is not a requirement when entering Walmart. I'd recommend going to the Walmart Superstore in Saugus instead.
