Went to drop off a FedEx package - followed the instructions from the retailer exactly. Apparently (according the people working) I didn’t have enough tape, and needed another piece. While they had tape behind the desk, they “weren’t allowed” to give me a piece and instead suggested I buy some.
Michael tried to be helpful, but the other lady behind the shipping station didn’t so much as acknowledge me beyond shaking her head and telling Michael that they won’t take the package.
I don’t think they could have been less helpful

The pharmacy is filled with the best staff that always goes above and beyond for their patients. The pharmacy manager, Leslie, always put patients first & cares about them on & off work. I worked with Leslie in the past and I must say she is the most hardworking & passionate pharmacists I’ve ever met & really tries her absolute best to set a different standard for every retail pharmacy. Leslie takes her job seriously and hates to cut any corners. Often times, she’ll remind me that the little & insignificant parts of our jobs are incredibly important; funny thing is I thought it was annoying at first how she kept nagging me about the little things but in a job where mistakes can cause serious harm to patients, having a pharmacy manager who pays so much attention to detail can be the difference between life & death. This pharmacy with Leslie as their pharmacy manager makes me feel at ease knowing that my wellbeing & safety is prioritized beyond anything else. I can’t say that you would get this experience anywhere else but here.

Been going here for years. Last year or so I've been having a hard time with Leslie the Pharmacist. Because of this I'm changing my prescriptions over to another pharmacy. Other pharmacist here were very helpful. It's unfortunate that I have to switch. She constantly puts me on hold but never comes back to the phone and won't give me info on my medication??

I received a very heavy delivery at this Walgreens. Since it was too heavy for me to carry, the store manager, carried the big box for me all the way to my car and helped me load it. She was very nice and deserves an excellent review. Thank you.

The pharmacy got a mean, cold, and impolite pharmacy manager. She is disrespectful, pushy and kept reminding me how there will be no job for me if I make a mistake again as if she’s perfect and never made mistakes in life. How could u be that so mean to a person who’s training on day three to become a pharm tech?!. Will never forget how I was treated there especially by the pharmacy manager, and that’s why I resigned on day three cause I couldn’t take or endure such.

This review is only related to the pharmacy. I scheduled a vaccine appointment only to show up and be told that they did not have the vaccine in stock. This has actually happened two separate times with two completely unrelated vaccines at this location. No call or text beforehand to let me know and really no apology at all from the pharmacy staff. Very poorly run.

Went for a scheduled covid vaccine and was told they were out of stock. They didn't bother to contact me in advance and save me the trip there.

Pharmacy service is Inadequate. They cut their hours and can't keep up with the prescription orders and are always backlogged . the wait at the drive-through window is horrendous as well as trying to talk to a pharmacist on the phone. CVS seems like the Way to go today

Great selection and friendly staff. The line was long, but the cashier was friendly and kept her cool. The store manager, Karen, opened up another line and was very helpful and kind. Keep up the great work!

Today I spoke to the most informative pharmacist. I was extremely impressed with all of his knowledge. He was very patient and had a great personality. Highly recommend this Pharmacy
