They want to do the bare minimum and change you even if they can't fix it.1. They don't do house calls. I had to take my tv.2. They asked me to order the parts (main board). "they don't like the hassle of ordering them". Fine, I ordered them twice because first board didn't work.3. Couldn't fix my TV even with the second one.4. Still charged me $45 for just looking at it. But asked for more even though it wasn't agreed upon.5. They'll treat you with disrespect: I refused to pay more since we specifically agreed on no more charge if they can't fix it. They asked me to 'just go'. Said 'not worth it'.Completely unprofessional DIYers who don't know what they're doing.

Great guys, they fixed my vx1000 on an excellent deal and contacted me through email during every step; if you have Minidv camcorder problems, come to them and keep this format alive!

Great service from these guys. I looked around everywhere trying to find someone to repair my original NES and even though they don't advertise it they still were able to fix it and for a very reasonable price. Will definitely come back if any of my other retro electronics need repairs.

Sent my VX1000 to Kerry and he made it work like new again. Finding people with this type of expertise is difficult nowadays, it's good to see shops like this still exists.

The owner is the only person who is willing to take a look at what is wrong my Bluetooth speaker. And he well explained why it is not unable to be fixed and help me to recycle it. That is a great relief for me.

I took in my Denon turntable to be repaired... I was having difficulty adjusting the speed and it ended up spinning at 55 RPM. Since I didn't really like having all my records sound like Alvin and the Chipmunks, I posted on a few local Facebook boards to find a repair place and a few people recommended them. Lew did a great job... speed is fine and he also cleaned everything out. And the price was very reasonable. Recommended.

After trying months to have my sewing machine cord socket repaired, I took the part to Video Electronics in the morning and it was repaired by the early afternoon. Great service and highly recommended.

I contacted Lew to inquire about fixing an 8 year old LG tv that quit on me. Lew responded within minutes of my question and provided honest advise on whether repairing was worth the effort. Even though I did not use their services, I was impressed by the honesty and clarity of Lew's response. I will definitely keep his company in mind for future use.

Honest, customer oriented professionals! I brought my high-end VCR I had purchased over fifteen years ago here for repair; it suddenly would not turn on. I was contacted the next day with the results. Sadly, it could not be repaired, since the circuits had gotten fried. They had some nice used ones available and a choose a nice Sony model. I enjoyed dealing with them because they are kind, and professional; did not even think of trying to string me on with unnecessary repairs that would not have worked - they told me the honest truth. My VCR could not be repaired due to the shortage of microchips, and even if they could, the cost would have been prohibitive, which is what I suspected would be the case anyway. The next time I need electronics repaired, this is the only place I will consider.
