Unquestionably 5 star service. Rich and his team did a great job replacing my windshield. Afterward, one of the plastic edge pieces of the windshield separated slightly and Rich drove 2 hours to my house in NH on his day off to reset the piece. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone looking to get their windshield replaced.

Rich went above and beyond in order to get the job done right. Very communicative and punctual, I found out about Rich by chance and was referred to me by a co worker. Glad I met him and now I know if I ever need glass work done I’m going to call on Rich. Rich knew I was at Walmart while waiting for the install and even drove to pick me up when it was complete. Now that’s service!

I blew out the sun roof on my Mazda CX-9 while buzzing up I-95 last Friday. No apparent cause. Flaw in the glass? Temperature differential? It's a rather frightening experience if you've ever had it. Sounded like a rifle shot. No one knows for sure. Anyway, I lined up Veteran Friday afternoon. He ordered the replacement, I came in first thing Wednesday, and it was done. Superb job. You can't tell that anything happened.

I would highly recommend this place. Very professional, and helpful. I chose this shop based on a referral from another shop, and from their good reviews. But I seriously regret working with these people. They installed a damaged rear windshield glass, damaged my car in several places when removing the components required to install the windshield, and delivered poor customer service and didn't communicate anything about the service when they were done. Two young men performed the service. At the end of the service, they have a release form for the employee and the customer to sign. One of the installers signed the form, but didn't have the me the customer sign off on their work before speeding off. Literally before I could even review the form, they were gone. After reviewing their work and the release form, I disputed several things about the work that could have immediately been addressed if they allowed me 3 minutes to look over their work before driving off. The biggest issue was there were 2 pitted scratches in the brand new windshield. In fact, they drove off so fast they forgot to ask me for my insurance's deductible, and came back and told me to mail them a check. I suspect they sped off because they delivered shoddy work (scratched glass, and scratched car) and wanted to leave before I was aware of the issues with the installation and could complain. Now the paint on my 2023 car is damaged in several areas where the car's parts were removed to install the glass The scratches are so bad there are gouges in the paint down to the metal that will require the car to be taken to a body shop. The company's owner came later and acknowledged the glass had issues and tried to suggest the glass came damaged from the dealership where they purchased it. If so, that is your employee's responsibility to notice it before, during, and after installing the glass and resolved it with the dealership. Then without asking explicit permission he filled the owner filled in scratches in the glass. It didn't really feel appropriate to start doing that without asking if that was okay.

I highly recommend Rich. He came to my house to assess my damaged windshield. Was able to fix it in minutes. He works with all auto insurance companies. High quality work. From the time I called him he was at my house within the hour

Timely, courteous, precise and perfect job.Unlike another vendor who tried to scam me for $200 more because the windshield was OEM (although the insurance company pays for it in full), Veteran Auto Glass never mentioned such surcharge.Veteran technicians were the only team who informed me that the forward looking camera would dynamically adjust when I drive the car for a few miles. Every other company told me it would need to be re calibrated for another around $400.I double and triple checked, took the car to the dealer afterward who told me no adjustment is required, drove and tested the car and all was fine as Veteran Auto Glass stated.Veteran Auto Glass didn't even ask for a review despite their humbling performance in every respect.Thank you and your team, Rich!Service: Auto windshield replacement
