Mail carrier(s) continually cram packages, boxes, etc., into our mailbox. Because walking 25 feet - or driving - up the driveway is too much to ask.

Great location for retail service. People mistake this for the processing plant all the time--01889, Middlesex Essex is a different place so if you have complaints about your package being stuck, it's not the fault of the North Reading Post Office. Matt the window clerk is always friendly and helpful, I enjoy coming here for my postal products!

Our town’s post office lady, Julie just did a big favor for me because she helped me to find the package and then change the address. I accidentally wrote the wrong number of the address on the package for the birthday gift that was prepared by my child. He specifically selected a book and some snacks for his friend’s birthday. I was so glad that was able to fix that or my little one would be upset. You save my day, Julie! Thank you so much!

My package has been sitting in the plant for almost a month. No phone number and the standard response is that the package is being delivered back to the sender. No one wants to handle the situation at all. Very poor service.

Won't deliver packages, they default to leaving them at the post office for people to pick up instead of driving less than a mile down the road to actually... I dunno... DELIVER PACKAGES... you know... THEIR JOB. Post office is always packed during their limited hours, so it adds at least a half hour to my day when I have to pick up. I'm sure it does for other residents, so thanks, NRPO, for wasting hours of our collective time by short cutting your job on a duly basis. Also, for over three years we've received wrong mail EVERY. SINGLE. WEEK. This isn't rocket science, for real. Super pain in the rear and incompetent.

Just moved to north reading from medford last month and I’m thrilled with the service here compared to medford post office.I go to the PO at least 1x weekly and I’ve had nothing but friendly, helpful service every time.

Rude staff, don't know anithing about usps services. I would avoid this office if you need something more than yo send a letter.And no wish to help. Only contempt.

Alex is AMAZING! I Recently moved and have some packages on the way that weren't gonna make it to me before moving so i called and Spoke with Alex not only once but Twice! & he is going to hold my Packages for Pickup their at The post office rathen than being delivered to the Wrong Address!! I had some issues with a package that was supposed to be delivered to me before Christmas, spoke to a nice guy named Jerry and he helped me track down the package and let me know what was going on with it. Overall very helpful and kind service!
