I brought a large Amazon furniture purchase to the North Reading UPS store to return. John told the me the cost of the return was close to the cost of the item. He then provided me with a 1-800 number to use to contact Amazon and ask for a reimbursement or refund. He then carried the VERY heavy item and placed it back into my minivan. After successfully using this 1-800 number, I brought the item back to his shop today and he proceeded to carry the item back into his shop from my car and process the return and provide me with receipts needed to receive refund from Amazon. Great customer service and shop, John!

I've always had great service at this location, however yesterday Johnny saved the day by retrieving a package I had brought in earlier for shipment and I needed back - I didn't call him until mid-afternoon and he made sure he found the package and took it out of the outbound pile for me to get back. Above and beyond, THANK YOU for the always great service and extra mile!!

Had to ship a parcel yesterday, and I decided to try UPS instead of the USPS, because the USPS has been so unreliable lately. At the North Reading UPS Store I was greeted by Johnny and was blown away by his outstanding customer service skills. The price for shipping my parcel was very fair. I will definitely be using UPS for all my future shipping needs!

The staff and service are excellent. The location is the only issue. It’s always tough to turn into and out of the lot due to the traffic being especially heavy in the area.
