Over charged. I bought 5 items and got charged for six. This is the second time it happened or I should say second time I noticed because my list was small. I called the store and Gentleman said, next time when you are here, we will refund your money. Did not even apologize. That’s not the way to run the business. Very disappointing.

I always buy certain things at Stop and Shop because many prices are cheaper elsewhere, but we do get some things at the North Reading store. Today when we went there i ordered a few things at the deli, got them and then continued on. My husband then informed me that he was not going to eat any of the coldcuts i had intended to buy because the man cutting them was not wearing a mask. When he was cutting the meats he was literally a foot away from what he was cutting breathing all over the coldcuts!!!! In fact the 3 men cutting coldcuts were all unmasked. I told my husband he was right and we threw the coldcuts into the steak section so at least they would stay cold for resale. Please have your employees wear masks!!! I did not see one employee in all of the store with a mask!! We ended up going to Market Basket afterward where 95% of their employees do wear masks!!
