I contacted Smart Penny Moving on short notice for assistance. I appreciate the care Estuardo had for my items. I had a lot of items for a 1 bedroom apartment that took 4 hours. They made my moving experience less stressful. I would recommend Estuardo to anyone.

A truly amazing experience to witness such efficiency and professionalism with regards to Estuardo and his crew. They packed up and moved some heavy and awkward furniture, transported it, and moved it into the new place all within 2 hours. They were worth every penny and would highly recommend anyone wanting to move to higher them again.

Hilton and his guys were so amazing. They were very friendly and got the move done in a timely manner. All of our things were packaged carefully and moved with no damage to the walls or floors. They made sure to keep me updated on arrival time and had a great sense of humor. I would definitely recommend them and request them on my next move!

Estuardo and the 2 guys he brought with him to do my move were incredibly responsive, professional, quick and kind. I have never had a better experience with a moving company. They were so prepared and made me feel comfortable even when moving difficult items. Great communicators. Smart Penny Moving came highly recommended by my brother and sister-in-law who made the move from Lynn to Cambridge a few years ago. Alberto and team were impeccable. Fully communicative throughout the entire process. They arrived early as they stated they would and were ready to get down to the nitty-gritty. It made the process of moving all of our things from storage unit into our apartment so easy. Once the job was done he went over everything with me to make sure that nothing was damaged and everything was still in its correct state. When handed the bill for payment due, I was honestly expecting it to be more. I cannot say enough great things about this company. Give your business and your hard earned money to good people and be sure to ask for Alberto!

Excellent company with caring, professional, polite employees. The packing crew was awesome! Fast and efficient. The moving crew was awesome, fast and efficient. Best of all they were all very careful handling my stuff. I have very old and fragile items and all were packed well and carefully, plus the movers were so careful and wrapped all my furniture. I have very large/tall glass cabinets and they were wrapped and moved with ultimate care. Would highly recommend this company for any move. They were efficient and cost effective.

Great group of people. The packers were very attention to detail. My son and I laughed at the fact that they packed everything they put their hands on, some stuff we had to unpack. The movers came the next day and after a quick brief of what was going they went to work and got it done super fast. This was the third time I've used Smart Penny Moving and I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone that needs moving services.

From start to finish the experience was a 10/10. Initially when I called to get a quote I spoke to Sandra - she was very thorough and took me through the breakdown of each cost. She followed up and locked in my rate. Rafael was the professional mover who was assigned to my move. He and his team worked quickly and extremely efficient. They handled all of my product with care and remained mindful of time.

Movers showed up on time ready to go even gave me a call letting me know they were on the way. Pedro and his crew went out of their way to make sure they took care of my furniture and any needs I had along the way. Great communication definitely worth it, good job!! Highly recommend!!

Josi and Bruno were excellent movers!! They were on time and called beforehand to give me an ETA. I didn’t pack very well so they were able to assist even-though everything took much longer they expected. They communicated very well and were also very nice. I will use them again if I ever have to move and will recommend them as well.

We’ve used Smart Penny Moving for multiple moves and have always been completely satisfied. The booking and operations process was fast and friendly, with useful and timely updates leading up to the move. Our movers were Hilton and his crew mate Rafael, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. On time, very professional and efficient. We were all friends by the time they were done. So glad we went with Smart Penny Moving, again for our move within Revere. These guys are amazing at what they do, I am so impressed by how painless our moves have been with their help. They take apart furniture, wrap everything up, and assemble everything back together in such an efficient way. They handle everything with care and I didn't have to worry about any of our stuff. They're honest and professional, they approached me when they saw a crack in our bench to check if it was their fault (it was already there before the move). Based on my 2 experiences with them, they go above and beyond.

This morning I moved Somerville to Roslindale, and got to work with Rafael and Bruno who were such a joy to work with! They made moving so easy. In the past I have never had such a positive experience moving, so I highly recommend their work to make your moving process so so so easy. They shrink wrapped all my important items, they even wrapped my cat's cat tree really nicely! I was really impressed with how quickly they arrived, and how quickly they loaded and unloaded the truck. I won't be hiring anyone other than Smart Penny Moving for the next time I move - they were so accommodating and just made moving not as horrible as it usually is for me! I can't recommend them enough, and my cat, Enzo even enjoyed the move too!

We moved within Waltham - on a February winter day with freezing rain. Pedro and his team made the move easy-peasy. From the quote to the final piece of furniture being placed in our new apt- SMOOTH SEAMLESS PROFESSIONAL. Would give this company 100 stars. We've had real poop moving jobs before. But these guys were the absolute best! They took the time to wrap everything and handled everything with care. Great service can be hard to come by nowadays. We thank you so much!
