20 Main St, Andover“We are a local business and the folks at this location were beyond helpful in getting us set up with Change of Address, etc. I also love the building they are in. Great people, great service.”
“Great! I like the office, the workers, and the location. I walk everywhere. I don't mind coming in. The Santa Mailbox during Christmas is also very, very cute. I like this location. I have lots of patience. Call me crazy, but grace and class and patience all go a long way during Christmas, especially in the year 2020.”

637 Lowell St Ste 4, Peabody“There's a clerk works here his name is John he is the nicest most efficient postal worker I've dealt with in a very long time. And he's easy on the eyes ? Just a super guy they're lucky to have him. The convenience of this location is much appreciated ?.”
“We needed to get a rush on a passport renewal. Robin was so helpful! She provided guidance and patiently walked us through each step. Thank you, Robin, your customer service skills made this a great experience and put our minds at ease.”
8:30AM - 5PM
245 Maple St, Lynn“The Staff at this location are 2 of the friendliest people I've ever encountered. I come in there with at least 30 priority envelopes to mail, each one having to be manually entered. It can be time-consuming and tedious. Kelly has helped me the last 2 times I've been in and the other woman (whose name has escaped me, sorry!) helped me during my first visit. Both have been so great, helpful and friendly. They get me in and out of there in record time and make my experience very pleasant. Heck, even the fellow customers I've encountered there are super friendly, too! It's nice to be helped by people that are happy to be helping! Great work, keep it up!”

462 Washington St, Woburn“I was there this morning and had to mail two letters internationally and the guy at the front desk was very nice and helped me out a lot. Thank you for that. :-)”

345 Main St, Stoneham“Always Excellent Customer Service At the Stoneham Post Office! The Woman the Run the front are Excellent With helping Customers get there package off and get stamps ECT... Can't ask for better Employees then the staff you have at the Stoneham Post Office! Thank you it's My Pleasure to come from Medford to do my business here!”

5 Bedford St, Burlington“Let's be real the old lady at the front desk should've retired ~10 years ago. Her bad attitude just gives places like this a bad vibe. Just hire an underpaid college kid, even they'll have more manners. With people already asking to defund the post office this lady isn't really helping her case lol. She told me to call the state department if I had questions about my passport? Seems to me like someone with 60+ years experience working there would know the simple process of filling a passport form out”
8AM - 5:30PM
10 Stevens St, Andover“I did my passport appointment today. Had a really good experience. I came in even hour earlier and they were able to take care of me early. All thanks to Debbie for being very helpful, the process was straightforward and easygoing”

41 S Main St, Middleton“I gave a 4 star rating because I've always had very good customer service at the Middleton Post Office, but today I was so annoyed and felt compelled to air my grievance. I called their phone number not once, not twice, but 3 times this morning. It range 11 times then straight to a busy signal. NO ONE would answer the phone! I had a very quick, simple question. All I wanted was my carrier's name so I could put it on her Christmas card. The greeting says to stay on the line for the next available representative. I ended up having to drive to the post office just to get my question answered. The woman behind the counter first said they were too busy to answer the phone this morning, then told me that she didn't even think the ringer was on because the phone hadn't rung all day. Seriously????? I too work in a busy office, but would never, ever not answer the phone. To shut the ringer off so they don't have to is not just bad customer service, it's downright rude!”
“I've used this post office for years and the staff is uniformly courteous and helpful. Not sure why some of the reviews are negative. There is a long wait at peak hours (e.g. Noon) and before the holidays so they may be a bit understaffed. But that isn't the fault of the employees. They are a good bunch.”
“Today I got my passport for the first time. Between the snow and going to the wrong location. I surely thought I was going to have to reschedule. However Bob was very helpful and made it happen. Thank you!”
8:30AM - 5PM
51 Willow St, Lynn“Maple street with Pat was 5 star, She never blabbed with every customer. If someone ask a question she moved them out of the way and serviced the next person while answering. She was the best, and so were those that worked with her. The worst is the one at Market Basket and the Main Willow street. I would go to Saugus sometimes so I would not have to wait. For some reason they never seem to get any decent window coverage. God Pat is missed as Maple street is now going in the direction of the worst as they throw new people without real training.”
8:30AM - 5PM
2 Abbott St, Woburn“The mailboxes in here are very nice. The detail in the craftsmanship is something you do not see often. However this location is in great walking distance to the local business in the area. When there’s a line it just requires for a little patience but once your at the counter the customer service reps are very full of personality but they answer all your questions Whether you need a book of stamps, purchasing a card, shipping a package or inquiry. It’s a very secure location.”
9AM - 12PM 1:30 - 5PM
38 Summer St, Lynnfield“Great service each time. Friendly people. I've put my mail on hold often too and have never had any problems like the other reviewer. I can't see how anyone would have a problem with the nice people or service there!”
7:30AM - 5PM
23 Essex St, Melrose“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
TLDR: be nice to USPS employees and they’ll always be nice to you. Be patient and treat people with respect and you’ll never encounter an attitude from the staff.
Living in Melrose, this is the post office I most frequent and have never had an issue with any staff or packages I’ve shipped from this Post Office. While people complain of the long lines you may experience if you stop in midday, this is typical of all post offices.”
8AM - 5:30PM
431 Common St, Lawrence“i understand people’s frustration but i live in south lawrence we almost always get our mails, sometimes it might be left in the neighbor’s box but they put them right on top for us”
“Great location for retail service. People mistake this for the processing plant all the time--01889, Middlesex Essex is a different place so if you have complaints about your package being stuck, it's not the fault of the North Reading Post Office. Matt the window clerk is always friendly and helpful, I enjoy coming here for my postal products!”
