Had to get a storage unit for a family member, from start to finish Suzanne was awesome to deal with. Extremely helpful with everything. These days it's hard to find an enjoyable customer service experience, the staff and facility are top notch. I would gladly recommend to anyone. Thank you Suzanne :)

First time ever renting a storage unit and will be short term for the very smallest size. I was surprised to see how expensive storage space is..everywhere. However, the facility is nice with indoor access. Very Clean. The manger, Suzanne was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating to me needs.

I was impressed with the facility at the North Reading locations. The office manager is amazing. She seems to know everyone. She is friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The facility is well run. The facility is climate-controlled and has wonderful security with cameras, motion detection, plus an app to access internal doors when on site. I would recommend this location to anyone needing storage services.

This was my first experience with a storage facility. This place is amazing, it's clean, temperature controlled, secure entry, motion sensors everywhere and monitored. I feel comfortable everytime I go in. Their office manager is incredible, she seems to know everyone. She isfriendly, knowledgeable and seems to know exactly what units are available or will be available off the top of her head.If you are looking for storage in the North Reading, MA area, this location should be the first place you go!

Customer service with Suzanne or Diana has always been top notch, whether they helped me pay my bill or find an appropriate unit to fit my needs. Facility is safe, clean, well lit. Bathroom is available and super clean.

No one should love a storage facility as much as I love this one! Through the years I have had many experiences with storage units and none compare to this one - clean, well designed, with great prices and the most friendly, helpful staff. Do not hesitate- this facility is outstanding on all fronts!

North Reading Storage was recommended to me by a friend who has used this facility for years. Now I know why. The convenience of the drive-thru and climate controlled rooms is a huge plus, but it’s more than that. The entire location is spotless inside and out! Even the floors are always clean, and the outside areas including the parking lot are always swept. It’s also safely lit and very secure so I never worried about going there anytime, day or night.I live in Arlington, and there are many storage places closer, and I’ve used a few of them over the years including the big names. None of them can beat this facility, and as for customer service, Suzanne Tower is exceptional. Always available, always so helpful. I’m now recommending this place to all of my friends and family.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Suzanne and North Reading Storage solutions. Moving is stressful and chaotic but storing our household between moves could not have been easier. The facility is clean and safe and Suzanne is just the nicest person you’d ever hope to meet. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience with Suzanne who explained everything so perfectly and has been so easy to communicate with throughout my rental. Love the convenience of these storage units abs being able to come and go at any time has been so convenient. Would definitely recommend north reading storage solutions!

I truly feel like I "won the lottery " when I met Suzanne , as she represented your facility . She could not have been nicer or more welcoming to me , sharing her wealth of knowledge in helping me choose my storage unit. It is clear she truly cares about you and your individual situation when helping you pick a space. She is a one of a kind special person in my eyes and a real asset as manager of this facility. I am very happy that I chose NR storage solutions: so clean, reasonably priced, accommodating, every aspect is awesome, but I am most grateful to have met Suzanne and my dealings with her. Had a 5 star experience with Suzanne at the North Reading Storage Solution. She was very easy to work with going out of her way to assist us and answer all of our questions. The facility is clean and very easy to access. The temp control was a big factor in our decision to use the facility.

Suzanne has been so helpful as we are transitioning from our house of 28 years to a huge permanent move across Country.She went above and beyond on the day that our moving company was loading into a large unit that we reserved and stayed an extra 3 hours past her shift in case we needed another unit and we did. She promptly went on the computer and searched for an empty unit and the moving company continued loading into the second space. We don't know what we would have done if she hadn't stayed and she did everything with a smile.Suzanne is one hard worker and a dedicated employee.
