Had to get a storage unit for a family member, from start to finish Suzanne was awesome to deal with. Extremely helpful with everything. First time ever renting a storage unit and will be short term for the very smallest size. I was surprised to see how expensive storage space is..everywhere. However, the facility is nice with indoor access. Very Clean. The manger, Suzanne was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating to me needs.

Customer service with Suzanne or Diana has always been top notch, whether they helped me pay my bill or find an appropriate unit to fit my needs. Facility is safe, clean, well lit. Bathroom is available and super clean.
