“This place earns my five-star review. The employees/owners are respectful, courteous, transparent, competent, diligent, and prompt. My MacBook was not turning on. I was going to bring it to Apple for diagnostic and possible repair. However, I noticed the waiting list was too long and decided to take my chance with this place. Although this place is also very busy, the people who work there are cordial and go beyond to exceed customers' satisfaction. The owner diagnosed the MacBook, ordered the parts, and beautifully repaired it very promptly as promised, and without the need for me to make several trips there. He also stands behind the repair in case the MacBook breaks again. In fact, he kept me informed by calling me at every step to update me on the status of the repair. I am very happy with the service and will refer my friends and Family to this place.

But recenty I got so busy with my new born and when my phone was not working for a whole day I couldn't call anyone, I got so stress so I went in the store to ask for help and Jennifer was so nice to me and helped me so much.... she tried her best to look for a solution. “We just spent over an hour at your (01906) Saugus, MA, location with Mike B. On Route One North. We had billing issues. He was so helpful. The mistakes were all made in 2021 when it was Sprint but whatever he couldn’t fix he guided us through and what he could answer he did clearly and with a positive attitude. I realize he didn’t make any commission working with us and missed out on other customers. It didn’t seem to phase him at all. He kept us laughing with his very good humor. Kudos to Mike B. and thank you!”

“One name: Julia Locke. 85 middlesex turnpike #3020. That's the store you are going to want to go to if your reading this. Julia was the only wireless specialist working the day I came in. I had just had my S21 Ultra fixed around the corner, but they jacked up the Sim card reader and sent me to the at&t store around the corner. Julia was amazing. She worked on troubleshooting my phone while educating me during the process. Girl has a heart of gold, very professional, and a great personality. She got my phone back up and running after trying a few things. I appreciated her patience. I've seen associates give up after one or two tries, then try to sell you another phone. Julia, you are awesome, and I hope at&t and senior management understand what they have in you. You keep up the great work. You gave me a little more faith in AT&T.”
