I had an appointment here took the day off from work lost pay. Two hours later I get a call from Joe saying he cannot do the job because of a tool he didn't have. So went back picked car up, he told me he would order the tool to get the job done. I waited about a week or so and called him to see if he got the tool and he kept jerking me around for weeks saying he's still waiting to hear back and the snap on guy was supposedly showing up with the tool or he didn't hear back from him. Why not just say that you are unable to perform the job or maybe priced it to low and now not worth it. This place is a joke and sounds pretty incompetent. Thanks for wasting most of my summer unable to enjoy and drive my car. Stay away from this place it's rinky dink operation!!

Been going to Joe for over 20 years. Was recommended by a family member and he's always been fair and honest. Has fixed everything I've every brought to him. Had one return problem ( bad caliper ) and he fixed it right away for no charge. Have heard stories of how nice he is to other people I know that have dealt with him. I won't go anywhere else.

I can't say enough about Joe's Service Center. I was quoted a price of $1649.00 by a well known mechanic in Derry NH to get my vehicle repaired. I then got in contact with Joe and brought it to him for a quote. I brought the paperwork from the mechanic in Derry NH and Joe did everything on it. It cost $450.00. My vehicle runs smoothly and I saved $1000.00!! Also recommended him to my sister-in-law and she had her car serviced and is very pleased with the outcome. I have been going to Joe for over 25 years. He is a great mechanic and nice guy to deal with. Would highly recommend him if you are new in the area and looking for someone that is knowledgeable and honest.

I had brought my car to Joe's for years and never had many issues. There were small fixes here and there such as tires that he did well and never had an issue. Then when there was real work to be done, it never got done. I brought my Nissan back 4 different times, each time for "different" problems when in reality it was all the same problem that was never actually fixed. Finally just to get a second opinion because I was getting very frustrated and losing a lot of money, I went to another mechanic in town. I told them everything that had been "done" to the vehicle in the last month and a half and was informed that none of those things had actually been done and the "new" steering rod was actually an old piece of junk from someone else car. I will never go back, hope this helps

Was not happy with my experience here. Went back 3 times for parts that were said to have been fixed and weren't. Eventually went to another mechanic in town because my car still wasn't running right. Everything I was told had been fixed by Joe and his team was either old or missing or broken. I was still charged each time and will never go back
