Me and my son got a Covid shot and the nurse at the pharmacy who did it went in so far she hit the bone we cannot move without being in pain. Go anywhere else to get a Covid shot.

Had a covid vaccine scheduled at Walgreens, and when I arrived for my appointment I was told they were out of stock. I drove down the road to cvs, and they had it and took me as a walk in without an appointment. Fast, friendly, professional service and the man who administered the shot was a pro, it didn't hurt at all.

Been using this pharmacy for scripts and vaccines for several years and have found that overall, the pharmacy staff are extremely helpful and accommodating even when they are very busy. I see other reviews where people are complaining about the closure for lunch. Seriously? Let them have a lunch break people. They have a lot of work to do in a short amount of time and do it well.

Pharmacy hours are a joke. 9AM? Can’t even pick up prescriptions before work then they sign out for lunch every day now. Ridiculous, could easily hire to cover both shifts. Will have to bother another pharmacy, leave work to pick it up, and have it transferred. They call incessantly to pick it up and are never flipping open when I try to show up. What a pain!

I had a prescription to pick up, we were in the drive through line two minutes before their closure for lunch and the gate that signals they are closed was already down. I am all for getting your lunch break, but to close before their actual lunch time is not acceptable. And don't come at me that if they serve those in line before closing they won't get their lunch. Be realistic they'll get it, it just may be a few minutes later.

My experience @ CVS was a nightmare! I went into the store first thing in the morning and no one was around. I had a terrible altercation with the store manager who told me that I needed to go “back to bed” because I got my own photos @ the counter. Talking to an elderly person like that was inexcusable. The UPS driver who was there before me said the people go in with back packs and steal things and no one says anything. The store is poorly run. The manager showed be given his “pink slip”.

My wife got her flu shot here and CVS was very professional and respectful to my wife. She hates needles/shots.

The pharmacist is always so helpful and very responsive. She was able to explain why my daughters antibiotic dosage changed two weeks apart (different indications). Another person in the pharmacy grabbed children's Motrin for my that wasn't stocked in the pharmacy so that I didn't have to go inside.I love this CVS. Have all my prescriptions filled here, there's a drive through, and staff are always friendly and accommodating. Though only one register is usually open, they don't get too busy and the self checkouts are always clear. Generally are stocked with the inventory I need and added bonus that they have a Santander ATM that I have never seen broken down. Seems like only with people with things like to complain about write reviews, so I felt the to write a positive one.

Cvs 18 Main St. North Reading: the best Cvs I have ever ever been to great people, items that I could not find in other CVS stores, clean and extremely nice and helpful people working there. Pahlavi you are great!

Horrible experience today at CVS North Reading MA.i was looking for an item that the CVS website was in stock. After failing to find it I asked an employee to help me locate it. Although I had checked that area and told her that she told me she knew it was there. After a second unsuccessful search and I decided to find a different employee and went up to the cashier. He told me that if I "didn't find it, it must be out because people steal things". Neither CVS employee made any effort to look for the item. I drove to a second CVS in Wilmington MA and, once again couldn't find it. I asked an employee who was stocking. She immediately looked up the item on her handheld and walked me to the item.Great service in Wilmington MA and poor service in North Reading MA.This review is looking pretty epic! Nice!

It's just CVS, I know. Everytime I go there, it's an ordeal. Lack of cashiers or self-service check-out machines are "acting up" or just not working correctly. Nice bright store and easy parking but service is totally lacking.
