  This is the place I have always been looking for. Everyone is so welcoming, people of all levels! Kristie and all her instructors do a wonderful job of pushing you and giving you a great workout but also offering modifications and making it comfortable for everyone to be there and get a great workout. This is a true hidden gem, and I am so grateful i found this place. It's truly been life changing!
