“Diamond Collison Center was so professional, quick and reliable with their services! I originally was trying to go to a different shop but the insurance company had Diamond as a preferred shop so I went with them. I could not be more happy that I couldn’t use the original shop that I wanted to. Diamond contacted me minutes after speaking with the insurance company and had me set up to drop off my car and have Enterprise meet me there for a rental. Diamond text me throughout the entire process letting me know where they were step by step. They were accurate with their estimated time for completion as well. Picking up the car and dropping off the rental was just as easy! The car looked perfect and came with a warranty for their work also! Great establishment with great service! Would recommend 100%!!!”

“I could not have asked for better service. I broke a leaf spring on my 5th wheel coming in to Sturbridge. Called Brian at Spring Rebuilders just as they were closing and he did the best he could to match a spring, but it was an inch too long. He was able to order a direct replacement for me (I purchased 4 new springs) and had them at the shop the next day. A few other shops tried to help me but couldn't when they found I needed a 4000 lb spring. The customer service I received from Brian was outstanding. Thanks you!”

From the first phone call, I knew I was in good hands choosing them to do my lengthy repairs. They got me in quickly for my repairs and promptly followed up with me regarding additional damage to my vehicle the same day. I picked my vehicle up today, and not only does the outside look beautiful and new again, but it looks like they cleaned the inside a bit as well!
