“I wish I had taken before pictures! Here’s the situation: We have a Great Dane and if you’re familiar with the breed you know how much they drool. Thing is, the drool didn’t bother me much, so it just got caked and crusted on the interior and exterior of my car over the course of 6 years, until one fateful day she decided to take a number 2 in the back seat. I cleaned it out as best I could but I don’t have the tools to do that kind of job so I brought it here. They were very honest with me about the work it would take to get the job done satisfactorily, and while it was slightly more costly than I hoped, it was really my own fault for letting it get so bad (also my dogs short hair weaves into fabrics and gets everywhere which takes a lot of time to remove). Jump to the conclusion: I was blown away by the condition of my car when I went to pick it up. You wouldn’t even be able to tell a dog was ever in my car, and the entirety of the car has never been so clean! Thanks for the excellent work and I’ll see you all in the spring for a touch up!”

The gentleman I worked with educated me about the process necessary to repair my car. They have rental vehicles available on site. The exterior work on my car looks wonderful. An added bonus/surprise was that my car's interior was squeaky clean too, and that's definitely not the way I gave them the car. WOW! Just WOW! Many thanks for a job well done. “I was traveling with my sister from NY to Maine and debris from the road disabled the car. Andrew recognized we were traveling. He got the car in in 10 minutes , put it up on the rack and checked out the damage. Within an Hour and a half he had repaired the exhaust and was very reasonable in his cost. “I came in because a popular oil change company stripped the drain plug of my wrangler. Rather than wait in the dealership I went to Panera next door to wait for the verdict on my repair. To my shock rather than call me the customer service rep came and found me at Panera! It will be a quick fix but I cannot express how floored I was at them coming to talk to me about my options. It was a very nice gesture to show how they care about their customers. I could not be more impressed.”
