The only reason to go to the store in person is to get a FedEx envelope for shipping my document.The overnight shipping was supposed to arrive at New York City destination before 12pm/noon, they missed the time and delivery was late for about 15 minutes, not a big deal. Happy with the tracking status and update/notification in the mobile app.”
