Had my suit tailored and dry cleaned, Sam was a great guy to talk with, and the suit came out better flawless, will definitely continue using King and Queens for all my future needs!!

I had ordered a bridesmaid dress online that took forever to come in. I realized the dress needed to be taken in at the top but I had only three days until I needed to leave for the wedding. I brought it in King and Queen's and they were able to alter it for me within such a short timeframe and my dress came out awesome! Highly recommend!!

Went to have some clothes altered for my wife - she got a cheap pair of jeans that were clearly too long - I remembered seeing alterations and fittings taking place at this dry cleaner once and I called early and he said drop off soon, which I did and it was done the same day.My wife is happy with the results and I'm happy with the speedy turn around. (Price was good too)I've used them before for dry cleaning and I've no complaints.Recommended.

Sam has exceptional customer service. For a while I struggle to find a good cleaning service until I found Sam three years ago and have been going there since. Sam goes above and beyond just cleaning and will repair my clothes if they need to be.

Great customer service - always very friendly with quick turnaround times. I had a dress with a stain that was over four years old (!!!) and he was able to get it out of the dress! I also had a zipper replaced on another dress which was quick and well done. Would highly recommend.

Sam is the best dry cleaner in all of greater Worcester. He stayed open throughout the entire pandemic, taking on customers from closed shops, handles special requests immediately and has a great sense of humor! He is caring and dedicated to the town of Grafton. His wife also handles all the alterations, quickly and at good prices.Service: Alterations

I dropped off a pair of BDU's to have zipper replaced and the guy who works there stated it'll take a week.Well 2 weeks go by then a month , and I asked for my BDU back and he jokingly said I need to bring him coffee first .Well it took close to 2.5 months to get my BDU back and I reported the establishment. And no I refused to buy him coffee just to get my property back It wasn't free or cheap to begin with .Service: Alterations

This took place awhile ago. 4 times in a row my clothes were not ready when I was told to pick them up, unbelievable. Am now bringing things to a cleaners in westbourgh where everything is always done on time

I had recently bought a new coat and within the same day, there was an oil stain on it. I was devastated! I tried my best to get the stain out on my own, but I had only made it worse. Brought it on Monday, picked it up on Thursday, and the stain was COMPLETELY GONE! Sam is awesome, very friendly, professional, and the pricing was great. Highly recommend.
