“My son and I were looking for a special vinegar used for cleaning appliances. James C.had approached us and asked if we needed help. I told him what I needed and he asked one of the workers there, but it wasn’t what we were looking for. So James said “let’s see what we can find”. What I appreciated was James took the time to take us in search of it. He ended up finding exactly what we needed. He was really pleasant and so helpful. We had a great shopping experience and will definitely go back.”

“Always my first choice over any big box stores. For a few years I was getting bags of pellets from Aubachon but last season I was forced to order pellets from HD because I needed delivery. Listen closely. Even though they sell the same brand "Green Supreme" at HD they ARE NOT THE SAME PELLETS. HD sells a lesser quality version of 100% hardwood while Aubachon sells the much better blend of both hardwood and softwood. The blend will give you less than half the amount of ash and more BTU heat output. So of course this year I bought a pallet of pellets from my local Aubachon team. Ryan and his crew are awesome.”
“That have just about everything. Always someone there to help pick something out or my case, carry 800 pounds of stone out to my truck. A good resource for that area considering there isn't a lot of shopping. They've been very helpful”

“Erick, was professional, courteous, friendly and honest. He kept me informed of what time he might be at my house. He finally arrived at 7pm I felt bad for him because this was a very long day. He came in tested my refrigerator and gave my options. Which was pay for a repair on a refrigerator that was 13yrs old with no guarantee that something else won't go in a few days or months or pay a little less for a new refrigerator. I will be looking for a new refrigerator. It's too bad that they don't make appliances last like they use to. I have a refrigerator that's from the late eighties and it is still going strong.”
“I came into the store in a pinch, for a very random, specific bolt for my bike saddle for which the original bolt broke. Long, boring story but I basically needed a new bolt so I could ride my bike home to South Dartmouth, otherwise I'd be looking at a v long and expensive Uber ride lol. I'm sorry to say I don't remember the guy's name who helped me but he found exactly the bolt I needed and I was out of there in 3 minutes and only ~50¢ poorer. Fantastic service, great location and the store was PRISTINE!”

“Well, being married to a carpenter, he considers it a date when we go go to HD. What else can I say. He thinks HD should sell coffin kits.
Make it yourself, and he'll conduct the work shop. Who can afford a funeral home? Seriously, think outside the box the same goes to Lowes, another fav date.”
