“I went to Touch of Design as a recommendation from Vows. Rosa and her whole team are excellent at their craft. They did not stop until my wedding dress was altered to perfection. We only had a month to do alterations prior to my out of country destination wedding and Rosa made magic happen. She was very transparent with expectations and pricing for the work to be done to my wedding dress. Rosa and her team were very professional and honest with what alterations needed to be done. I felt like I was in great, caring hands from start to finish. I cannot thank or recommend Touch of Design more!”

“I've brought multiple articles of clothing over the past few years to Bassy and each time I've been very happy with the results! She's very communicative on how certain changes will affect the entire piece, and the best way to make the changes seamless so the result will be like the product was already made that way. She's very upfront on the price of the job, and she never pushes you to make the decision right then. It's very much: "this is the required work for this piece and the why of the cost. It's up to you if it's worth it to pursue." The first time I met Bassy, I ended up thanking her for her time and leaving without enlisting her services. She was polite and professional from start to finish of the appointment. Because of her professionalism from that first appointment and the skill I could see on her other work, I decided to return later for different projects.From "smaller" jobs like shortening camisole straps, to bringing down the hem on shorts, to "bigger" jobs like taking in skirt waists, and pretty much remaking multiple dresses (bringing in the waist, shortening the straps, and adding darts to the chest area to avoid any gaping these other changes bring)--every single one was done with clear communication and consummate care. For her skill and detailed work, she is worth every penny. I know whatever I bring in, she'll do amazingly, and for that reason, I'll be continuing to be her customer for many years to come!”

“We had an excellent experience at Chryssie’s Bridal. I am a bridesmaid and I went to Chryssie’s with my friend (the bride), her parents and another bridesmaid. The bridal consultants and owner, George, were incredibly accommodating and attentive. The selection of dresses was great, and the team was very patient and helpful as we tried dozens of dresses over the course of 2.5 hours. Jill took amazing care of us as our primary consultant, while the whole team did a fabulous job finding my friend’s dream dress. It was a fun day for all of us and I’m so glad we chose Chryssie’s.”

“I cannot say enough about the arrangement I received on Christmas Eve... Judy went above and beyond getting the arrangement to me even though I wasn't even going to be home until at least an hour after their last delivery. She made it a point to call me, check to make sure I was home and then personally brought them to me. She most definitely brightened my holiday since I would be home alone due to Covid. Her thoughtfulness was above and beyond. Now let me show you how wonderful the arrangement was and how 2 weeks later it is holding up beautifully. I would recommend them hands down! “I went gown shopping and was not optimistic! I'm not a small woman. Bloomingdales, Newman, Saks in NY and discouragement. A lady from Bloomingdales actually suggested I go to a touch of Klass. Met Barbara and her daughter, they had been moving clothes to have the room painted and seemed exhausted but they persevered and pulled out gowns for me to try. Never thought I'd find something I Loved, but I love my gown! I have three daughters and I'm relieved If their wedding calls for my wearing a gown it's going to be easy!”
