The Windsor store in Dartmouth is friendly and very clean- Nicole was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful to everyone in the store-we had a really fun and comfortable experience trying on dresses and highly recommend this store . Nicole was great

i’ve never went somewhere and thought to leave a bad review EVER, i’ve worked in retail for years (target, the worst of the worst & i’ve seen it all) these girls were nothing but rude, gave me dirty looks the entire time i shopped and i even pointed at us to another coworker, rolled her eyes & said ‘the girls behind you’ while we were trying on clothes.. i was shopping for my birthday outfit and a staff full of girls should be supportive and not haters..it’s giving miserable, i’ve never felt more uncomfortable trying to shop while i was already stressed, not sure that’s the vibe a dress store should be giving out.. they also sit and talk in a circle while people wait at the register ….

Believe me when I say that the workers it’s TERRIBLE and RUDE! Omg, I've never been to a store where the employees are so rude! This is not the first time this has happened in this store. One of the girls is called Chloe, and she was super rude to all the girls in the store, and plus, she’s dressing so inappropriately, she rolled her eyes and spoke ill of the people who wanted to try on a dress.There was another blonde girl together too, and the service was three times worse. I don't know why they hire such bad people!TERRIBLE!!!!!
