Expensive and uneducated on the products they sell. They sold me a pod that didn't come with a coil. Ive never purchased them seperate before then charged me 32$ for a coil that didn't even fit the pod. I went to a different smoke shop, got the right coil and paid 11$ for the same thing they charged me 32$ for. After doing some research just to see the coil they charged me 32$ for is between 8$-12$ online. What a waste of time and money!

Purchased a vape and was told by the guy that if I had any issues with to bring it back. Went back bcuz I had an issue and they exchanged it with no issue. ??

Best selection around had the best luck here with vapes they don’t burn out like others Iv gotten , they have a new one cos bar cr5000 its very sweat even tho clear is rechargeable and good for 5000 puffs :)

Closes early sll the time . Very rude . I even saw the guy scream at a guy when we both tried to go 15 minutes before they closed and he was already walking out the door he got in an argument with the guy pulled a gun on him. I'll never go back there

Customer service was really good, and very informative. Asked questions to make sure I purchased the product I needed. Staff also provided education information on the different products and shared information on how certain products were used by customers who were battling auto-immune disorders/diseases.

Great service from a new clerk. I requested an 18mm catcher over the phone. When I came in I was shown a few great options, and the gentleman was very knowledgeable on the product.

I never give one star ratingsb unfortunately this Vape shop deserves it's rating. They don't have many devices to choose from, they hardly have any flavor's for vape juice and everything is highly priced. They simply don't do returns even if it's they're fault. The lady looked up the information for me and told me the pod would fit my vape. When I got home it did not fit and when I called to say I had to bring it back they said no returns whats so ever. We live in tough times and when you're in the wrong and still don't give someone their money back it shows alot about you're business. I would definitely suggest you go to a different shop for any vape needs.

What I love most about the store is the young man that works behind the counter I probably go in once a month sometimes twice he's very cool very polite knowledgeable the prices are on point for today pricing the store is always clean and the young man does not mind answering any questions you may have. a great job guy's!!!?
