Everyone at Dartmouth Collision took great care of our vehicle. It was a special situation because I had just inherited my father's vehicle after his passing and shortly after it arrived here from New Mexico, it was in a car accident. The vehicle was a 1999 4Runner and they took great care to replace all necessary parts and to match the paint to the original color on the new parts. They also added new front lights and did some extra repairs for us. The end product is amazing as it looks like a much newer vehicle. It is also operating great! As out of pocket customers, they worked to keep our costs reasonable and we are very appreciative of that as well. Thank you for a great job Dartmouth Collision Center!

It was my first ever accident and Steve and his staff were fantastic guided me every step of the way, always answered all of my questions, and when i picked up my Kia it looked better than when i purchased it. They truly go above and beyond for their customers.

My son had a problem with his driver door got caught in the wind and bent the hinges so it couldn’t open. Steve fixed it right up for us no trouble. He s the best.

Stopped in yesterday, no appointment, first encounter. Was greeted with Kelly's huge smile..had 3 deeply scratched areas on the vehicle..2 out of 3 were magically removed by Alex on the spot in 10 minutes! Additional deep scratches on our 2nd vehicle were removed today. Outstanding customer care! HHighly

The staff at Dartmouth Collison did an excellent job with my truck. They put up a strong fight with the insurance provider to guarantee that the truck was fixed properly. I would chat with Kelly and call once a week to get an update. She was always courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Steve and his team went above and beyond for me, and I would absolutely go back if I ever need body work done again— hopefully not. Look no further than Dartmouth Collison if you're in need of a collison center.

This is the best place to for repairs. Steve and Kelly make everything so easy. The quality of the work is outstanding, plus they find other things to repair while in the shop. They found rust holes in the bed of my pickup and repaired them. They found loose and worn bolts on my tommy gate which they replaced. When I picked up my truck, it was detailed also....., Great job!! Steve, Kelly and your whole crew!!

Life is all about choices and I'd have to say Steve, the owner of Dartmouth Collision chooses everyday to go above and beyond for his customers. I used to deliver the business' mail when I worked for the post office. Never met anyone from the shop until 8/23/23. Unfortunately, the day my grandmother died, my car got hit while I was in it down the road. From the moment I was referred to go there Steve and his staff, specifically Kelly who works the office and was the first person I met. I spent probably a couple of hours after arriving to get my rental down the road. I can't express my gratitude enough in this review but I am going to share a little more because a review is the least I can do for a locally owned collision shop. Having my car hit the day my Nonna died was the last thing I needed but the time I pulled on the lot to today when I picked up my car, Steve, Kelly and the rest of his staff went above and beyond (I can't say it enough). To making sure the adjuster and and the person who looked at my car from my insurance did a top to bottom job. With the amount of business this place gets I felt like family with the kind of service I received. I didn't have to deal with any insurance personnel after I dropped my car off. First time in my life I felt like I was in good hands and I didn't need to worry. A couple days into having my vehicle I got a call about some extra damage unrelated to the new accident that Steve offered to fix. In the moment I couldn't remember what he was referring to. I honestly asked him if he thought it was worth to fix, he said yes! Because my insurance was paying to paint the whole side of my vehicle and it would have looked bad if he didn't replace the part he noticed. I truly believe any of collision shop would have just painted over it and said "oh well." DARTMOUTH COLLISION AND EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE CARES, they care about going above beyond and listen to your concerns and have a conversation as if you're their only customer. But, if you look around and go there, it's a small business who has a great reputation. And mostly because it's on route 6 in Dartmouth near a lot of things. I'm sure out of convenience cars get towed there but it doesn't matter, Steve and his staff treat every customer with respect. It's a shame that insurance companies have changed their policies which takes money of owners like Steve's pockets but that doesn't stop him from doing a courtesy detail on your car even though my insurance probably unpaid him to do it or he wasn't even apply to bill them for all the extra stuff. Long story short, Steve and his staff did an amazing job. I never met anyone from the shop until 8/23/23, no asked me to write this but THEY DESERVE IT!!! From the guys who just helped me find Steve when he was running around doing a thousand things, answering phones, painting cars, detailing cars. When I picked up my car I was amazed at the job they did. My car is a 2016 Toyota Prius as you can see from the picture I posted (when I picked it up today) along with the damage from my accident also posted- my car looks better than when I bought it was 20k miles 3 years ago from a dealership. I would trust this shop with anything and anyone I send there. If you want stuff done right and a kind place, go here!! You won't regret it. I've had horrible experiences else where and with my insurance fighting to get stuff done, Steve and his staff took care of everything from the time I gave my keys to when I got it back. So, Steve and his wonderful staff... thank you from the bottom of heart!!! You are all amazing! I believe the guys named who detailed my car who I thanked when I saw my car (I believe his name is Alex which I could be wrong but thank you to you Steve for personally detailing my car together yesterday).. way better than my car has ever looked!!!!! Recently had an accident and bought my vehicle here. And Steve took me right in regardless of delay for parts I knew I could trust this shop. Woman upfront Kelly was supportive and friendly, let me know about status of my vehicle and had a great sense of humor.. came back a few weeks later and had some surface debris on it Steve stopped what he was doing to buff it out quick for me. I appreciate your business and will be coming back if necessary but hopefully not anytime soon because I don't want to be in an accident again. Haha thanks again.

My tahoe is midnight blue, 2022. Unfortunately we have had to take it here twice. Both times the work was beyond AMAZING!!! The color match to blend, PERFECTION!! All the staff are kind, considerate and really care. The owner goes above and beyond.. I won't go anywhere else!!Services: Painting

Kelly, Steve, and the team are amazing! They worked diligently to get me back on the road twice within a 2 months period. They went as far as shopping around to accommodate my budget, providing me with frequent updates. They are true community people who care and take pride in their work and business. Call them!

My car went in for rear-end damage, the process was A+ across the board. From the moment I put my car in till the day I picked it up. Even when I called a couple of times to check on the status of my car, the customer service was very pleasant and the work done to my car was second to none. Great job Dartmouth Collision. I am beyond pleased with this company. My car was towed by the company in the back of the property when I was in an accident on Cross Rd and State Rd. Luckily for me Dartmouth Collision was the preferred dealer from my insurance company, so I did not have it towed again. I dealt with Kelly and Steve. Both went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. The car came out beautiful. They took the time to explain everything to me. No-one wants to be in accident, but if you are I would highly recommend Dartmouth Collision to anyone who needs it.
