City wide Glass is amazing! I had my front picture window replaced by Chad and Anthony, these to were extremely professional they replaced the big window cleaned up all the glass that was left behind, they gave me some recommendations and talked about everything else their company offers and they offer a lot but what I appreciated the most was how they didn't rush and they listened to my concerns and made me feel like I made the right choice using this smaller company over the many giants that are out there. (I mean they even took some leaves that were gathering under my window to make sure I didn't have any issues with any debris getting left behind, they didn't have to but they did!)The Citywide glass staff is kind, courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, and informative do yourself a favor if you don't want to stress and you want the job done right go with this company you wont regret it. #Value&Quality

I recently purchased a sliding glass shower door from Citywide Glass and had their technicians install it. I could not be happier with the job. The shower door is beautiful. And the installation was done on time and without any flaws whatsoever. It was a great experience!

In short amazing!
We were against the clock to get our family camper ready for the end of summer trip and Citywide came through huge. They had it turned around in less than 3 day from drop off and the communication was amazing.
Citywide, and specifically Tim, owned our issue from start to finish was always a text tor call away and really to a vested concern in completing the project so we could make our trip.
It was refreshing to deal with such an amazing staff and company. Thank you again!

My wife and I are very happy with our whole experience with Citywide Glass. Kelly was fantastic. We were shopping for a custom shower door. Visiting the shop 2 months early then we needed the door because another place said it would take 2 to 3 months to get a door. Visited Citywide and Kelly told us it would take only a week to fabricate and extended the quote 3 months. Well, I called Kelly 2 months later on a Monday to place the order. She called back on Wednesday to say it was ready. The door was installed that Friday. We love the door. Install was flawless. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Citywide to anyone.

Citywide Glass had done three jobs for me and all of them were very well done and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them! One was replacment glass for some antique doors, the second was repairing some sliders and an awning window, and the third was replacing a broken pane on a casement window. I worked with Tim on these jobs and he was incredibly helpful and responsive. You can't go wrong with these guys.

OK, so I waited a little bit to do my review for Citywide Glass. I had a chip in my windshield, probably from a rock that got kicked up on the highway or something. Anyway, made my claim with the insurance company, chose Citywide, got the appointment quickly soon after. They did attempt to just fix the chip, and I was warned that it might not take, to wait 2 days and see if it's OK. Well, by day one it was not. But the guy (who was very nice) explained that it might not. So I opened a 2nd claim as it was put in as a "failed repair." Got my 2nd appointment for a full windshield replacement. The replacement went well and I am very happy with the results. My problem that I had was the dingbat, I mean "young lady" behind the counter. So while the replacement was going to be getting done I decided to wait at Starbucks next door. I gave the girl my cell number, I seen her take the number down. Ummm ... FIVE AND A HALF HOURS LATER I walked over there figuring I'd check the status on my car. MInd you, they told me that they were down a worker that day and they were obviously taking care of other cars too so I knew it was going to take a while. So I was a little aggravated when I walked over cause I had been sitting in a coffee shop for literally half my day. I walk in and no one is behind the counter. There's a bell to ring for service so my husband rings it, a guy comes over, I tell him I wanted to find out the status of my car, he asked me what my car is and I tell him ... he then says "your car's been done for hours." Instantly I'm fuming inside. As politely as I could be I said "are you kidding me? ... I've been sitting at Starbucks for 5 1/2 hours!" ... he said "really? she said she called you." Oh my God, I'm steaming! I said "NO, she did NOT call me." I think I was literally starting to see red. I was happy with the results of my windshield but that ding-dong girl either needs to do another job or they need to retrain her. FIVE AND A HALF HOURS. I'm still mad just thinking about it. It ruined my day, it was the day before Thanksgiving and I had a lot of things I needed to get done. I hope something like that happens to be again cause if it does I swear I'm just going to seize up!

These guys are great! I was struggling with dealing with my insurance company for some glass replacement, and the staff here kindly called the insurance company and helped me get things worked out pretty quickly. They also squeezed me into their schedule, despite me being a bit late and then the time wasted dealing with insurance.I don't think I'll be going anywhere else for any glass needs in the future, auto or otherwise.
