in store service is 200/10 amazing nice people. customer service is abosolute ass they send the delivery to your house when you aren’t home and do not care or try to fix it in any way. You pay over $200 for furniture delivery you’d hope they at least as when it’s ok to show up but no they come when they please and have no one to help fix it. If they say they made a request for ur delivery time don’t believe them they just lie to get you off the phone

I enjoyed how the service is about the customer. No hidden fees and the guy actually saved us 40$. Which is great with today’s customer service most would try to get every penny they could. Not them. Great job. We will be looking for a bedroom set next. And they have earned our business for that next purchase ?. Great job to the north Dartmouth BoBs!!!!

I was greeted by a salesman named Hunter at the Dartmouth store. Hunter handled my sales and professional and courteous manner he was very helpful in explaining each piece of furniture that I was interested in and he worked with me for over a week I came in a few times and had some questions and he handled them with great expertise. I ended up buying a sectional if it wasn't for his exception Tori service hunter in the Dartmouth store in Dartmouth Massachusetts I wouldn't have been able to do it without him.

I had an excellent sales person. Russell wasn't pushy. He was very knowledgeable and patient. The furniture I bought was reasonably priced. And the manager went over everything with me and she was very nice too.
