“I bought a Alienware PC for my daughters gaming. I was previously approved for Best Buy credit. The PC was on sale and I signed up for an 18 month payment plan with 0 interest rate. It is automatically taken off my Best Buy card every month. Additionally, I requested a 1year warranty which also covers electronics that I already own to be serviced. I would just have to pay for the parts. Best Buy is a good place to buy electronics that would not be probable to pay upfront. Awsome customer service as well.”

“I spoke with Lori in service when my washing machine first started acting up and she was so kind, patient and funny! She talked me through a few things I needed to try before she would schedule a service call and said to call back if these tips didn't work. Unfortunately they did not work so when I called back a week later she was right on top of it, scheduled my service call for the next day with the nicest gentleman and my machine is all set!
