I had the worst experience at Sky Cleaner today. Upon entering, a lady, the owner immediately complained about being tired and openly stated she didn’t want any new business. As she pulled my clothes out of the bag, she began criticizing them, saying similar items had taken her all day to clean. I suggested that if she was so exhausted, perhaps she should consider closing the store. Her response? She only wanted to keep her long-term customers from 10 years ago and was content without any new business.
When I asked if she was going to do the job or not, she told me it was up to me but suggested I go elsewhere. Shocked by her attitude, I left but felt compelled to return and let her know how unprofessional her behavior was. I even suggested she put up a sign saying she isn’t accepting new customers.
After two years of bringing my business here, I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve encountered in the Vinal Square area. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere where customers are valued and treated with respect. While I don’t want to speculate, in today’s social climate, her behavior raises questions about prejudice that I would rather not assume.

They are great. Excellent service and friendly too. I feel good when I go there! She makes me smile. The tailoring is excellent and they gave me good advice too, kind of like a consult on what would make the fit best. Can't beat a true Mom&Pop business for service and quality.

I have a formal tailsuit that gets used for ballroom dancing a lot. I've taken it to Sky cleaners a couple times a year for the last couple of years. They have always done a beautiful job getting it cleaned, pressed, and ready for use at the next event.

I am so disappointed. I've come here before for dress alterations and had a pleasant experience. I just went in tonight, the women there was SO INSANELY RUDE! The first 15 minutes consisted of her complaining how much work and money it would be for my alteration. I told her I was okay with the money as I'm the maid of honor- not much of an option- and yet she continued to complain, adding heavy sighs and rolling her eyes. Eventually, we just asked "Do you want the work or not? We can go somewhere else because you seem to find this miserable." And the women was just rude, unprofessional and stormed away. I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service, definitely not so much so that I felt I needed to write a damn review.
Astonished and disgusted. If she couldn't do the work, or didn't have the time, just tell me. I'm a reasonable person and would have said thank you anyways, but to carry on being extremely rude and angry is just disgraceful and alarming to any business.

Always have the best experience here! The owner does a phenomenal job every time with hemming my pants and she is by far the sweetest women! She carried all my dry cleaning out to the car for me even when I insited I could handle it. Highly recommend sky cleaners for all tailoring and dry cleaning needs! Will be a loyal customer for life.
