Over the years I have made multiple motorsports purchases from MoM's multiple locations, I recently purchased a new Polaris Sled from MoM's in North Chelmsford. After doing my research I went in knowing exactly what i wanted, the Staff at MoM's treated me like family and made my visit and purchase pretty much effortless. Today, I picked up my 2017 Can Am Spyder RT Limited SE 6. Alexis was truly a joy to work with. Extremely personable and absolutely no pressure. I actually looked at this bike a few weeks ago. I came home and mulled it over. The next day, I called her to say I wanted it, and she took my deposit over the phone. There were a couple of very minor issues, and she said not to worry. We set up a date to pick it up, and she called me as soon as she got into work. The bike wasn't ready. The parts dept ordered parts to fix those minor issues. It took a little bit for the parts to come in. Not their fault definitely out of their control. Well, the parts came in, and Alexis called me to tell me the bike was ready. I went today to get it. Alexis was cleaning it. She asked if I had any questions and went over the whole bike with me again to make sure I was comfortable. Tim came out and helped me load it on the trailer and showed me how to tie it down.This is the third purchase I made from MOMS, two from Foxboro, and this one from Chelmsford. I am very pleased with MOMS. They are definitely a 5 star organization.Alexis, thank you very much for making my purchase enjoyable.Greg

Awesome customer service. Can’t be beat. Responsive, knowledgeable and friendly- Brian and Ryan are a delight to work with. Been servicing my motorcycles with them for many years. Their prices are market value and reasonable. If there is a delay in parts I’m notified immediately and rescheduled at my convenience. Can’t say enough about them and the mechanics. Parts desk is great talking through things if you don’t know what you need. And service and parts communicate when there are delays or issues. Better than any other shop I’ve worked with.Thank you for all you do.
