Had them install invisible dog fence. Quality and customer service was excellent. Needed help 15 years later- they treated me like a new customer and gave me excellent service- 10/10!

Great products and services. Installed our Pet safe system 15 years ago. We got a new dog and Dave came in and got it back up and running in an afternoon. Help us train our new dog.

Dave was extremely professional and genuinely cared about my dog. His training methods are in place to insure the dog learns, instead of fearing the fence.I couldn’t be happier with his service. He’s upfront and honest throughout the entire process. Awesome guy, great company!

Dave did a great job for us. He is dedicated to the dogs and does 3 trainings to be sure the dog is safe. His lifetime warranty on the electronics and one year on the installation is the best in the industry. Call Pet Stop, they are the best!

The only other review (so far) raves about Hidden Fence, but only gives them 4 stars. Why? This is a top-notch, 5-star operation. We had received many advertisements from the Invisible Fence Company, but a friend recommended Dave Ralls of Pet Stop/Hidden Fence and we were so pleased with the process and result. Dave is the owner and a true professional--keeps appointments, answers his cell phone, and returns calls and texts promptly. Dave had a great rapport with both our kids (who helped with the training) and our dogs. I was skeptical of how well an electric fence would work, having never had one before, but it is magical. And for those that worry it's unkind for the dogs, I offer this: one of our dogs, an older mini-golden doodle, learned to stay away immediately and with very little (if any) shock since the collar was on loosely and the shock was dialed way down. The electric collars emit a beeping sound to warn the dogs before the shock comes, and she learned to turn around upon hearing the sound. Our exuberant young Labrador barely noticed the shocks, so we dialed it up until he did, and once we hit a level that got his attention, he didn't test that boundary again. The shock is innocuous enough that my 12yo daughter felt the shock with her hand--it was definitely more surprise/shock than pain. We've had the fence over a year, and I'd say our Labrador was shocked only a few times in the initial training and never again, while our older dog was barely shocked at all. Both dogs respect the boundaries of the little flags. Finally, in the first year the fence was installed, we had a ferocious thunder storm in our area and our electric fence was hit by lightning. The transmitter was totally fried and the wire was blown out of the ground in several spots. Dave came back immediately and replaced the transmitter and fixed the wire. Good as new at no charge. That's service that you get from an excellent owner-operated business. I'd much rather deal with Dave than an employee of the Invisible Fence Company.
