Jim and his staff, particularly Dennis and Andrew, were the ultimate professionals and respectful of the challenges when funeral planning for a loved one. The funeral home is quiet and lovely, providing a comfortable atmosphere. While choosing a casket is difficult, the choices provided at Dolan were many, reaching a variety of tastes and price points. My mom’s funeral was handled flawlessly and I highly recommend Dolan to help you through a difficult time.

The folks at Dolan were very helpful and compassionate when I lost my husband. They never pressured me to do anything outside my comfort zone and they were very efficient at meeting my needs. My son and I highly approve of Dolan and all their staff.

Dolan Funeral Home exceeded all our expectations. This is such a difficult time for a family when they lose a loved one. Your thoughts are not always easy to express. The staff at Dolan’s were able to direct us with services that would honor our beloved brother, husband, father, grandfather, uncle and best friend. They seemed to know exactly what we needed for a beautiful Memorial Service. Any questions were addressed immediately and any concerns were handled to our wishes. Thank you Dennis for your understanding and sympathy to our entire family.

Dolan funeral home is the best in providing funeral services. They made the process so easy for my family during our time of grief when my Dad passed away. Their facilities are clean, awesome and empathetic staff. The calls, checking on us that we were doing fine, were phenomenal. I will recommend this funeral home to anyone at any time.

I cannot say enough how much we appreciate Dolan’s funeral home. When we lost our 22 year old son, we didn’t know where to begin. Dolan’s helped us every step of the way. Andrew was kind and compassionate as we made decisions. We had a few unique requests and they accommodated to every one. We were able to use their family kitchen to have a small spread of food so that family and friends coming at dinner time had something to snack on during the hours we were there. What an incredible service that is truly a differentiator. They never rushed us and were very empathic until the very end. We had 100’s and 100’s of people walk through the wake and attend the funeral. We had a procession over two miles long with 100 motorcycles and probably 50 cars for the procession and they welcomed each person and worked with the Lowell police to get us to the cemetery safely. They even sent a text message checking on us 4 weeks later. There aren’t enough words to express our gratitude for the Dolan Family and their staff. They went above and beyond at such a difficult time. Their kindness will not be forgotten.

During one of the most challenging times of our lives, Dolan Funeral Home provided exceptional service and support. From the moment they arrived at our mom’s home, we were met with compassion, professionalism, and an attention to detail that greatly eased our burden.
The staff at Dolan Funeral Home went above and beyond to ensure all aspects of the funeral arrangements were handled with care. They were incredibly respectful of our wishes and took the time to understand our needs and preferences. Their empathetic approach made a difficult process much more bearable.
One standout aspect was their clear and transparent communication. Jim and his staff were always available to answer our questions and guide us through each step with patience and understanding. Their guidance was invaluable, ensuring that everything proceeded smoothly and without any added stress.
