absolutely poor communication and management practices. trying schedule an appointment too much efforts to get connect with right person. they will not response your phone, always forward phone to voicemails. wonder how do they manage their patient health.

My own doctor and most of the ones I’ve seen here are great. The nurses are fantastic. The office staff… absolutely horrible! This used to be a great practice, right now it’s better to go to urgent care.

I was directed to Dr. Berkowicz since the only female doctor who started the practice was not taking new patients. First, do no harm is the creed. My test results came back as high cholesterol. He calls me and tells me to take a particular pill. It will "give you 20 more good years." that is utterly disgusting and unprofessional. He also took a text and told me a friend's aunt died when I was in the office, and he was seeing me. Then, as I was talking to him about a concern, he up and opened the door and was ready for me to leave.I finally decided I needed to get another doctor. So I called the practice, and explained without going into detail that he was just unattentive to me. I wanted to switch to the female doctor. Nancy, who took the call, proceeded to bully me. You chose him! You cannot change. I asked to speak with a manager. Carla, who let me talk without being crass, heard the whole story, and she apologized and agreed with me. She confirmed my telephone # and a week later, there was still no call back from her. However, I got a call from Nick, who wants to schedule my next appt with the unprofessional doctor above! 2 more phone calls later. Nancy gets on the phone the bully woman, and says the female doctor knows your story; however, Dr. Berkowicz is your doctor. Needless to say, i will not be going back.There is so much wrong with what happened to me at this practice. Being kept waiting for a week, the disgusting behavior of Berkowicz and the bullying of the office staff. RUN, don't walk away from this whole practice, but first, do no harm creed. Think about it before you even think about seeing Dr. Berkowicz.

We love Chelmsford family practice! Myself and my daughter come here. The pediatricians are great, the office staff is responsive, and the nurse practitioners are great as well!

This practice has gone from terrific to terrible. Over the years, this office has gotten worse and worse, they used to be wonderful and now they’re a joke. You will wait on hold approximately 30 minutes just to get someone to answer the phone and when they do be prepared for them to be rude. They are supposed to go to lunch from 12 to 1 however, be prepared because they put the phones to the answering service around 1145 and off and come back late from lunch also. This practice has no sense of urgency. When trying to get approval for hospice services for a dying family member, we stressed the urgency in getting the referral. They did not get back to us in a timely manner whatsoever. It has taken over four days to get a referral, I work in the healthcare field, and this is absolutely atrocious. Poor communication in this office, lack of empathy and professionalism. I’m not sure if they’ve just taken on too many patients and are drowning or what the issue is but they are certainly not meeting the needs of their patients. If you are looking for a responsive, caring, compassionate, and competent practice you need to look elsewhere unfortunately.

I have been Going to Chelmsford Family Practice for Around 7 years now. Originally started as a patient of Bradley Potts great nurse. He sadly retired, then I saw Christina Glorighian Also great, she moved to another practice. Then I got Dr. Meeta Nguyen she is impatient, rude, lacks empathy, generally seams like she does not want to be bothered. She is not thorough and wants to get you in and out as fast as possible. You can really tell why she is not affiliated with any Boston area Hospitals. Definitely feel unsafe in this women's care. And will be looking for a new Practice. I hope other patience have a better experience at CFP.

So thankful for this practice. My entire family goes here (myself, husband, 3 year old and newborn) I trust all the physicians and DRs with our care. They are thorough, kind and always answer all my questions. The ladies at the front desk are knowledgeable and always working hard booking outside appointments. Great office, would recommend to anyone.

So fukin disgusted and disappointed at this practice. If I can leave a negative star I would. My doctor Christina left there back in July and after that they just suck big time! My mom haven't been feeling good, she been losing weight and throwing up and have stomach issue...they won't even order a fukin ct scan cuz they say it wasn't necessary and that's she's fine!!! and now the fuckkng GI specialist have to make the appt because there was sumthing irregular and cancerous! Could of detect this a while back when I been asking for the f****** test! If I were you I would get the f*** out and find a new doctor, the receptionist is rude as f*** and a b***** they won't take me seriously and it's a fuckkng joke there! If I could spit at them I would right now!!!

My first time going in around 07/28/2022 for a regular physical and I can say I was very impressed with my visit. Everyone was very sweet and helpful. Great group of people at the front desk. I, unfortunately, did not catch any of their names but I can vouch for them.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was discharged and was never given any notice. The staff is extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. AVOID AT ALL COST

Lately the service it's going worst and worst. They never pick up the phone and when they do they re always in a bad mood. They never have available doctors at any time so the best thing to do is start looking for a new doctor's office.

Calling to set up as a new patient for my mother. I was asked for her insurance information and they were unable to be in touch with her health insurance provider. I kept calling back to check on the verification process and they said they left voicemail to the insurance company. I said I was able to be in touch with her insurance provider and asked them to call back to verify. After they verified her insurance, their registration person kept yelling on the phone when she asked questions. When she yelled rudely on the phone "WHAT DO YOU NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR!?", that when I had enough and said I would call back later and hung up. I have never seen any office staff that RUDE before! Worst customer service ever! Do yourself a favor and find a better general practice that doesn't yell at patients. In the end of the day, patients are customers too. I didn't end up making appointments there. Will look for different primary care providers. You'd better go straight to the ER if you need healthcare services, rather than using their services and deal with their RUDE and ARROGANT office staff.
