Alexis was so helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for from the start just by looking at a few of my inspiration dresses! She offered so many dresses to help me decide what I loved most and we ultimately picked the first dressed she pulled for me! She was so patient and personable, which made the entire experience amazing for both me and my guests! We had a space to ourselves both times so the whole experience felt even more intimate. I can’t recommend Chantilly Place enough for helping you find your dream dress!

Chantilly Place is amazing! Bailey helped both me and my mom find the perfect dresses for my wedding day, she was so patient and was able to get a great read on our styles -- we each ended up with the 1st or 2nd dress that she pulled for us (and I ended up choosing a dress completely different from what I walked in wanting to try on, and I'm so glad I did)!! Since then, every time we have come in for appointments, all of the staff have been welcoming, communicative, and accommodating. I love the coziness of their space and that they only take up to 2 appointments at once, so your time there feels very personal and not rushed. Thank you so much to the entire Chantilly team for making this experience so special and stress-free!

I absolutely loved working with you guys! Not only were you incredibly patient, but you made me feel like this experience was unique to me. Sewing something special into my dress to surprise my husband really completed our first look and made the moment as special as it could have been. I absolutely loved my dress and was appreciative of how easy the whole experience was. I would absolutely recommend anyone to you!

I had a really great experience at Chantilly place! The sales associate was very friendly, and she clearly was an expert in wedding dresses. I didn’t feel pressured at all and she really listened to what I wanted.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Chantilly Place is! It was suggested by my future SIL, I didn’t grow up in the area so I didn’t know of many local dress shops. I was able to get an appointment with ease, and had the pleasure of working with Alexis. She took the time to listen to my undecided choices for a dress (everything was just too beautiful!) and I ended up picking my dream dress which was one of the first dresses she pulled. Didn’t feel pressured to buy at all, however I’m so glad I did, not to mention their prices are VERY reasonable and competitive with other shops I was quoted at. So happy I chose Chantilly’s!!

From the second I walked in, I felt valued and the shop was beautiful! I’m an extremely indecisive person and actually went to a few shops before Chantilly. Once I had my visit with them, I knew I wanted to buy my dress from here. Colleen went above and beyond for me, ordering a specific dress for me to be able to try on that they didn’t have in the shop. I went back and forth between a few dresses and could not decide. I ended up going to the shop three times before saying yes to my dress, and Colleen was so incredible patient with me each time. She was so open to hear my concerns and actually came up with a solution to put all my wants into one dress. I will keep recommending this place, as it was a great experience as a bride!

Chantilly was the first place I went dress shopping and I bought my dress that day! Bailey helped me during my VIP experience and made it so enjoyable! I was nervous without my mom, but she made it amazing and stood by my side making me feel gorgeous! I can’t recommend them enough!!!

10000/10 would recommend going to Chantilly Place to go dress shopping. I was PRAYING i wouldn't find my dress on the first try because both my sister and my mom ended up not being able to attend, but lo and behold, Colleen was THAT GOOD that she managed to help my find my dress on the first try! I actually went with the very first dress I tried on. Colleen makes you feel beautiful and confident and is super super knowledgeable. I only wish I was able to try some dresses from her collection before buying mine, but I wouldn't trade my dress for the world!

Oh. My. Gosh. Best experience I’ve ever had at a bridal shop! Alexis was SO attentive, sweet and extremely Knowledgeable about the gowns, and everything that could be added to them! I found my dress! And I'm So so thankful to her. I loved the atmosphere and how beautiful the shop is. I’ve never felt more beautiful! Highly recommend and wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! I had the best experience shopping at Chantilly with Colleen! She was so attentive and helped me find the perfect dress. They have such a great selection here, 10/10 recommend checking them out! I felt no stress during my dress selection or any of the dress process!

Alexis was amazing and made my dress shopping experience so fun! She listened to what I wanted and was patient with me while I tried on a bunch of different dresses. Bailey also helped out and she was great too! The shop is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I can't wait to wear my dress!
