Dr. Andrea was great. Professional, courteous and kind. She explained and detailed the entire exam throughout, answered any question I asked, it was a pleasure. Front desk was the same!5 stars on my first experience here.

Dr V. is the best! She’s incredibly kind, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She’s a wonderful eye doctor who goes above and beyond not only during your exam, but any time you need her. She addressed an issue I was having through email on a day where I concerned about an eye problem I was having. The entire staff there is super friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend Boroyan!

Dr. Vosbikian has been my optometrist since I moved to Massachusetts 6 years ago. I've been wearing glasses and using contacts for over 18 years and I've never had an optometrist listen to me more. My eyes are on the more sensitive side and I've always struggled going to the optometrist because of it. She was able to pinpoint reasons why my eyes were extra sensitive and put me on a better plan with contacts that worked better for me. She is genuinely interested in her patients and you can tell that she loves what I do. I know mine and my families eyes are in good hands always.

Everyone at this place is racist, rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Starting with the front desk to the doctor. I called several times to talk to the optometrist regarding my eyes prescription and when she finally called me back she straight up told me that she would call the cops on me because I'm "harassing her" and "yelling at her" and hung up abruptly on me. How are you going to argue with your patient regarding their prescription? I told her several times that the prescription is toooo strong for me and she REFUSED to listen to me. I called the office several times after she hung up to discuss the matter and she refused to pick up and BLOCKED me. I paid to get a new prescription for my glasses and lens and both of them are incorrect. I can't even see, walk and read with them. Like my prescription are WAY TOOO strong. She'd rather threaten to call the police instead of listening to a black woman. If you are a black person, please stay away from this place. They would call the cops on you without hesitation. They would say that you're yelling at them but they would refuse to listen to you. They would even try to play the victim card even they are dead wrong. STAY AWAY!!! I'm the one wearing the glasses so if I say I don't feel comfortable with them and need a new prescription, I have the right to get new prescription. It's just rude how the doctor tried to argue that she was right and I was wrong. Are you the one wearing the glasses?

Dr. Vosbikian is by far the best optometrist I've ever been to (and I've been wearing glasses and/or contacts for the past 30 years, and have seen a lot of different doctors). She's extremely knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and she always takes all the time needed to answer my excessive amount of questions. In addition, she is well-versed on the various costs of glasses/frames/contacts/etc. and always tries to help patients get the best deal they can on whatever route they choose to go, all in a very easy-going manner. On top of that, the office itself is very pleasant and clean, and the staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Vosbikian is very thorough, explaining each part of the exam very clearly, which I appreciated. I was also very pleased with the wide selection of frames to choose from, and the help Doreen offered me (they have a camera that they can take your picture with with different frames to help you choose).

This is very good place for eye testing and located very nice place, no sounds at all . Doctor tested my eyes very patiently and nice conversation. She spent huge time with good concentration and well diagnosed my eye sight . She gave me good information about laser treatment . Lady technician took my eye measurements for spectacles and I am satisfied . I recommend this place for new patients.

After years of struggling with vision and related conditions Dr. Vosbikian was able to prescribe corrective lenses that have vastly improved my vision and related condition. I can't thank her enough. She spent ample time with me so as to fully understand and assess my vision discrepancies and correct them properly. Highly recommend!

Couldn't be happier. Saw us in an emergency situation. Handled my son very well though clearly Dr. V was very busy. Explained the situation to me, stressed the seriousness of the situation without stressing out my 11 year old. Fit us in every day for the rest of the week, made sure he was able to go to school Monday and come to the office afterwards. Couldn't have been happier. Thanks you Dr. V and the whole staff!

I have been going to Boroyan for 2 years now. I have had no problems in the past. On March 17, I received an email stating it was time to schedule an eye exam. I called, scheduled an eye exam on March 26th and had no problems. However, when I went to pick up my glasses (that took about 3 weeks to come in, not 7-10 business days) I was told that I owed over $150 for the exam because my insurance would not cover the appointment due to it not being 2 years since my last appointment. WHY would a company not notify their patients when they know their insurance information that it hasn't been exactly 2 years!? And WHY would a company send out an email saying it's time for an eye exam when they know that it hasn't been enough time for insurance to kick in to cover?! The office staff is extremely incompetent and not very personable. There were problems with my payments as well. Dr. Vosbikian is such a down to earth, charismatic, and knowledgeable individual and will make leaving Boroyan Eye Associates (to find a new eye doctor) VERY DIFFICULT.
