Have been waiting 5 business days for 2 packages they keep saying attempted. I am home all day everyday, never rang door bell or even knocked, left mail but not the packages and they are not for a lot of money, under $25 and under $10. call the 1-800 # and they cant give specific info on individual offices. Called the direct line and asked to input access code ??? this is nothing new, has been going on for the 17 years I have lived here. I usually have to go in person a couple times when they leave the package at PO, is a vicious insane circle ! Now with Covid, I do not want to go pick up my packages in person since I am high risk. so what are my options now ?? I am writing a nasty sign to leave boxes with the mail ! I will have to write the post master apparently also what a shame. when I mail something intown it takes 5-7 business days to get there my mother can mail from Florida and i get it quicker! When I need to mail anything inc. a package or buy stamps I go to East Brookfield, North Brookfield doesn't deserve my business. They should just shut down and let another town take over the running here.

They never knock or ring the door bell when they need a signature for a package. I watch them come up to the door, put the mail in the slot and walk away. Then I got to my mail and see the form that says they "tried" to deliver my package but I wasn't answering. Bull S***. Also when it starts to snow they will pull up in front of my house for 10 seconds and then drive to the next house without even checking if I have outgoing mail. They do the same for the houses after that.

It's a great post office to stop at, they have po boxes, the staff is friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of postal products as well. They also take pictures for passports.
