“My experience with fijols went great. Answered the phone and met my needs. This salvage yard will still let you go out back an remove a part from a junk car. As long as u call them an give em a heads up. Unlike LKQ over in Webster, there a corporate company, and have all these rules an laws! HELLO! It's a junk yard not the new York stock exchange. I bet you the CEO of LKQ grew up with a silver spoon in his or her mouth, and if he or she ever stepped foot into a junk yard, there 2000 dollar Penny loafers would be coverd

When we got around to bringing the deposit, someone else had bought it yesterday. Not Jim's fault. He prices significantly below Kelly Blue Book, so his cars MOVE.”

“My family and I got stranded on Sunday because my older 2013 Ford F150 truck (100K mi) Check Engine light was flashing and running super rough making my truck undriveable as I was worried I was doing more damage.
The AAA tow drivers knew John and immediately recommended him so I had my truck towed to John's Auto. The next day pretty early in the AM John told me what causes the Check Engine light to flash (misfires) and temporarily fixed it for $50 telling me what I should do in future to ensure it works more reliably (new solenoid electical connectors re-soldered). Truck runs fine now and I was pretty impressed at how fast they fixed it. I'd recommend Johns Auto to anyone that gets stranded in that area!”
“They should open a car dealership here. The lot is HUGE with a large selection of cars with more options and colors than any local dealer. Best of all you could get your car fresh off the train at a discount!
They should have also covered the whole parking lot and rail yard with solar panels. it looks like they put the panels a little to the north over farmland.”

“I would definitely recommend Michael's for your automotive needs. I recently went here to get a state inspection. The two people working at the time were very certious and started right away. My vehicle stays in a garage all winter so I asked if they could check the tire pressure. After the inspection, they added air to all four tires. When I offered a five dollar bill for them adding air, they refused saying "it's no problem. We want you to come back". I thought this was the definition of good customer service! Caring that the customer wants to come back again and treating you in such a way that reflects it. Overall I had a very good experience here.”

“I've been taking my Motorcycles to A-1 Parts in Brookfield for Years. I've Never had a problem with the work done on my cherished rides. Today I picked up my Honda VTX 1800cc R, after they performed numerous tasks for me this week, that I'm no longer capable of doing myself. Everything was done exactly as I asked, and every task was completed perfectly, they even found + ordered some after-market parts I've been unable to find myself,, anywhere ! When I see or hear people complain about this,,, and that,,, costs too much, labor is too high,, blah, blah, blah ! I have to LAUGH, it's a BUSINESS, They need to make a BUCK,,, And I'm Glad they are in our area to do the work, and get it done correctly, and in a timely fashion. As I mentioned I picked up my "Beast" and it's now riding like NEW again, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks A-1 ,, I'm ready for the season thanks to you.”
