“This review is specifically for Gino. I've been a customer since at least 2008 all the way to this present day. Gino was the first and only person I ever saw in the facility when I came in. He's always been super friendly, helpful, and always professional. I love that he's still there after all these years. He's the one I want to speak to if I ever have any concerns or questions and actually in general he's really a great person to talk to anyway. He always puts a smile on my face. The storage units are great too I really can't complain about anything there. I would never go elsewhere. I know my belongings are safe there. Wish you had longer hours of access on weekends but that would be my only suggestion.”

She is a over qualified individual for this position. I wish the World had more of her skill sets… her general knowledge of property and layout, problem solving skills, well rounded management mindset, and she takes clear initiatives to focus on the customer’s individual needs… there wouldn’t even be a need for a review section like this if there was more of “her”around.She has made the temporary transition for me comfortable, effortless, customized my immediate needs and has been very easy to communicate with since. “Love, love, love Acton's main st mini storage. After some horrific experiences with other businesses around the area the third time proved to be the charm. My wife and I put a deposit on a unit over the computer at public storage in Westford. When we showed up they wanted a list of what items we were going to store. We said no they said we couldn't rent there. Next stop was sav-space in Littleton where we were greeted by an a man looking as if he was just paroled. This greeter didn't know anything, his words, he was just there to keep people there until the owner made her way down. We left there quickly. Arrived at main st mini storage where Marcia, pretty sure that's her name, took wonderful care of us. Showed us bigger units than the other places suggested in our price range with a smile and information to answer any questions. When we started moving things in we got to meet Kate who carried along the torch of professional and courteous care.”
