Absolutely the most PEACEFUL and skillfully executed install I have experienced in the 23-year history of my house. Period. The whole crew is wonderful, start to finish. Ken's work is immaculate, and Brian is a pillar of patience. I cannot thank you all enough.

Got a new front door with storm door replacing an old piece of junk. O'Sullivan came out for this small job (something a lot of other places I had called wouldn't) and took all kinds of measurements, walked us through customizing our doors, and then sent someone to VERIFY the measurements were good to avoid any mishaps. Day of install they did a great job and the doors look beautiful. They even came back to help when we had a question after the install. Absolutely would recommend.

Great work all round by Tim and his crew. Excellent communication ahead of time and everyone is so nice. The work was done really efficiently and the finish is impeccable as it has been all the other times we have used them. They’re cleaning throughout the job and we are super happy with the finish of both doors. Thank you

We made the mistake of going with a company called Liberty Revival initially. They were the Willy Wonka of window woes, promising a chocolate factory of home improvement but delivering a fizzy room of frustration. Mismatched measurements, incorrect products, and an unfinished mess later, I was ready to throw in the towel (or, more accurately, slam the (non-existent) door). Enter O'Sullivan Installs, my light at the end of the tunnel.Right from the get-go, it was a different story. Brian, their sales person, was super knowledgeable and spent over an hour explaining everything, no jargon, no confusion, just pure window and door wisdom. Ordering was a breeze, and guess what? The windows and door actually arrived on time (gasp!). Seven and a half weeks later, Kara, their customer service person, called us as sweet as can be to schedule the installers.The installers themselves were professional, nice and just all around amazing. They arrived on time each day and kept the place clean as they worked.O'Sullivan Installs wasn't just a company; they were a dream team, turning my door and window woes into a home improvement hallelujah. So, if you're in need of quality windows and doors call O'Sullivan Installs. They're the real deal. I've referred all my friends in need of windows and doors to them and I'll be calling them again as we slowly replace all the windows and doors in our home.

I had the pleasure of having O'Sullivan Installs install 2 outside doors by Provia for me 5 years ago. They are the best doors I've ever had and O'Sullivan had the best installers I've ever had. I recently had a small issue with the weatherstripping on the bottom of one of the doors and O'Sullivan ordered a new piece and came out to install it no charge! Their office manager Kara is a pleasure to deal with and Tim who came out to install the piece was a delight! O'Sullivan Installs installed new siding on our house three years ago and did a great job. After a few years we had solar melt hit a section of our new siding. Tim's team solved the solar melt issue of the siding in a "Take ownership" of the customer problem with urgency and execution. We our glad we chose O'Sullivan Installs both for the original installation and their great post sales team that solves issues that may arise!

Last month, O’Sullivan Installs did the siding and large window replacement on my 1926 Gabrielle Colonial Home, and let me just say WOW! My home came out beautiful! To say that prior to the new siding my house was the “eye soar” of my neighborhood would not be an exaggeration. Not anymore, in fact, I have received many, many complements from neighbors and friends. Complements not only for the siding, but for the professionalism, cleanliness, and dependability of the installers. These guys worked HARD!! Seriously, they worked from dawn to dusk, and the quality and craftsmanship of the install is amazing. They definitely take PRIDE in their work!
From the sales team to the installers, I was so pleased with the thoroughness, suggestions, and honesty of them all. They are straight to the point and what they say is exactly what you can expect. I obtained 3 quotes from installers. O’Sullivan was in the middle for cost. The reason I chose them is they came across as having a lot of experience, knew about potential problems that may occur giving the age of the home, and was prepared for any issues that could arise. No B.S.! The quote was on-point, and I did not incur any surprise expenses in the end. It took a while to get the product, which is life these days, but that was fully explained to me in the beginning. So again, no painful surprises! Any questions I had, whether through email, text, or calling the office, was always promptly responded to.
I also need to mention, that I found out through my neighbors that on my street they watched as an elderly women’s car had a flat tire, and without hesitation the installers stopped what they were doing, fixed her tire, and had her on her way!! When does that happen anymore??!! Bravo gentlemen, BRAVO!!! Tim, buy these guys a burger and beer!!
So, I say, Hire O’Sullivan Installs…. you will be glad you did!

Highly recommend. I had many companies come out to give me quotes for my windows and their price point was right in the middle. My sales rep was very informative and very accessible when I had questions down the line. The installation crew worked a long 10 hr day, was very courteous, cleaned up everything and did an outstanding job. The company even checked in after to make sure everything was good. Very pleased with the company and my new windows!

O'Sullivan Installs put in windows and two exterior doors for me in 2011. The work was excellent and timely. However, that wasn't the end of the story. In 2021, my front door sill seal became frayed and required replacement. I was also looking to have a third door replaced.Even though I am now out of their service area, Tim arranged for the seal to be replaced at no cost to me, and connected me with an installer in my area, even providing the previous order information to make it easy to match my existing door. I hired these guys for all new vinyl siding, two new bay windows, and a new front door. Not the cheapest, but definitely NOT the most expensive, especially when comparing to PHRG, Dabella, etc. They are the real deal and you get what pay for, which is a high quality job using high quality materials and high attention to detail. The owner Tim O’Sullivan was a pleasure to work with, as was his entire team. His crew is a well oiled machine. Always arrived early AM and was here until the end of the day unto the project got done, which took about a week. Cleaned up well after every day. They do the job right. They wrapped existing window trim in pvc aluminum vinyl. Was skeptical how that would look but very professionally done with mitered corners. Looks like new windows! I was worried about rotted plywood and sills being covered over (as PHRG apparently did on a past job) but they pointed out all areas of rot to me, talked to me about it, and replaced everything that needed to be replaced before wrapping with the aluminum and installation of the siding. They also treated all surfaces with insecticide and fungicide. They ALSO corrected some bad work done by previous contractors with minimal added cost. Attention to detail was amazing. You can tell the crew loves what they do because they do it well. They were always in a good mood, singing and laughing. They specialize in siding, windows, doors, and that is pretty much all they do so they are the best at it. And I have peace of mind knowing that if there are any issues, I just need to call them and they will take care of it. I have a 1972 house with original exterior siding, old front door, originalcrappy bow windows. Now it looks like brand new construction!Service: Door installation

O'Sullivan Installs sided my 2-family in Medford in November 2020. After they had begun the project and we were walking around the house, I said out loud to my friend "I wish I had thought to install new 1st floor front windows before the siding!" Tim O'Sullivan heard that and generously offered to wait to complete the siding until the windows were installed. I was so surprised that he was willing to do that for me. He waited to complete the project for a few weeks until the windows were installed and then came back and finished the siding. This was huge. I now have new front windows and the siding job and siding materials looks wonderful. I think O'Sullivan Installs is great.

Fair price, honesty mixed with pragmatism. We had 20 or so windows replaced; we felt great when we signed the contract after the trauma of dealing with several of the big companies, and feel great a month or so after the job has been done. An honest local contractor that does it all for you, with integrity, all while prioritizing the interests of the homeowner above some kind of corporate sales mandate.

The best windows and doors! Great experience, reasonable prices, very high quality windows, made in USA. Over ten years later, they look as good as the day they were installed and SO easy to clean!
