I had just had my S21 Ultra fixed around the corner, but they jacked up the Sim card reader and sent me to the at&t store around the corner. Julia was amazing. She worked on troubleshooting my phone while educating me during the process. Girl has a heart of gold, very professional, and a great personality. She got my phone back up and running after trying a few things. I appreciated her patience. I've seen associates give up after one or two tries, then try to sell you another phone. Julia, you are awesome, and I hope at&t and senior management understand what they have in you. You keep up the great work. You gave me a little more faith in AT&T.”

But when my wife's Pixel 7 took a funny bounce and broke the screen digitizer, the Burlington, MA one was able to get it fixed in an hour. To me, the out-of-pocket price was fair (given I didn't have device insurance and the component part comes as an expensive assembly) and certainly saved me the cost and hassle of getting a new device. And they were really nice about it. The work seems to be holding up a day later. Would bring another device in need of future repair-- at least, to the Burlington, MA store.”
